Winner Casino is not paying. Who played recently?

WinBig72

Do you know the name of that dealer in the Chevy Chase movie?

There is a dealer in one of my local casinos that has the same personality.
Every time I play aganst him I try to think of that name.

Not sure....but I do know he couldn't be too big, he isn't even listed on IMDB for that movie. They have everyone else (War dealer, guess which hand dealer, etc), but not him. Weird.

If I had a dealer that had the same personality (and was serious about it), I'd be talking to a pitboss immediately to have him removed from my table.

But anyways, hijacking over :p

I got a few emails from the manager, Taylor, but today i tried sending another email and the email address was no longer available. The live chat wasn't working either. Maybe they dropped everything and made off with everyones money.

Why don't you give me half the money you were going to bet, we'll go out back, I'll kick you in the nuts and we'll call it a day!
- Blackjack dealer to Clark Griswald in Vegas Vacation (Sad thing is, that offer is appealing at times)

Hey winbig72,

every time I read this  it cracks me up, so I just had to go online and order the DVD

great signature

Let It Ride

He isn't quite up to that standard but close...he tries anyway...Some folks get up and leave the table. I seem to have a fairly even game with him so I don't care. I't just fun to give each other Sh**.

Good Luck

NOw I also got an offer for about the half of what the owe me. Did you other " winners " take the deal or should we wait for CM to do more?

I too recently received an offer for approximately half of my winnings plus my deposit. I have not accepted yet and am waiting for CM's direction.

It appears our options as players are:

1. Take a refund of our intitial deposits.

2. Accept a balance re-set and play again.

3. Take the near 50% of our winnings offer to settle the deal.

I'm certainly tempted to take it but the representative from the casino wants a quick response. These guys have still not detailed the "glitch" issue.

Oh yeah, I just had a look at their website and now Blackjack is a non-allowed game for their promotions. A bit too coincidental I think.

It really looks like this place made a big miscalculation on how much their promos were going to cost. When they realized, they simply decided they weren't going to pay.

I'm awaiting word from the casino to see what's up. When the operator told me that players would be taken care of, well that's what I thought.

Aber, alles ist relativ...

The fact that they are making these deals on the QT, cheapskating on the resolution and trying the old pressure of time tactic to get players to agree to less than they are due does not help enhance their already seriously damaged reputation in this matter i.m.o.

This is one group I will not be recommending to the unwary, that's for sure. This has been a very bad player experience all round and I think there may be some justification for Dreden's assessment of what probably happened over there.

Hi,

I signed up at Casino4Aces when Blackjack was still allowed, but apparently deposited after it was banned from the signup bonus. They are now forcing me to rewager all of my money on Video Poker. Could somebody suggest my best course of action?

If it adds anything to the current debate whilst playing Blackjack for this bonus I had several severe glitches which basically included the casino dealing random cards out (it got up to 30 or 40 on the screen) whilst my balance decreased all the while. I have a screenshot if anybody is interested...

Thanks
James Finch

Wow, that sounds pretty wacky. When did you play?. That's the first time anyone has said anything abnormal occurred while playing blackjack. It hardly sounds like this glitch led to any player advantage though, rather the other way around. Yes, please post the shot. I'd like to see it.

You should post the screenshots here. If the software is really so dodgy, it should help the casino to get rogued.

Well , after reading the threads on this . There are some questions left unanswered .

1) I've seen this not once , not twice but quite a few times already . "Where are the player's logs of the blackjack games ?"

Come on management , wake up your idea . Give the players the logs . If there's nothing to hide , why are you withholding that piece of information ?

2) By promising to pay half of player's winnings , what does that goes to show ? Anyway , by offering to pay 50% of winnings , i smell something here . They seems to be realising that they can't pull a fast one out and would be willing to accept a small loss as a result of this crisis BUT not bear the full costs of it when in actual fact they are totally in the wrong .

I'm not a player there myself , but just giving my view of thoughts .

I believe the players involved should not take up the offer and fight for it . Clearly , they're in the wrong . If this incident causes them to get busted , they deserved it . We're talking about the business industry here . Which business does not have risks involved ? If there is any , let me know of one and i'll gladly invest my funds into them at a risk free rate . I'll probably just sit around somewhere chilling off waiting for my "fruits of labour" to come rolling in  .

3)The most important one of the 3 i feel . This incident has been an ongoing one for quite some time . Get one of their managers to come to casinomeister to explain to the players about it . I believe that should resolve matters !

Players want to hear the truth and not same , old , boring replies such as software "glitches" . We know there are "glitches" around , be it good or bad , Just what are the glitches at all ? Players want to hear the truth and not responses like this .

We all learned a lesson from this incident . From now on , stick to reputable ones which you are familar with

Hijacking NOT over. If it's the guy who said "How about we go out back, you give me half the money you were going to bet, and I kick you in the nuts" or something similar, it's Wallace Shawn. IMDB has him credited as "Marty".

top right of the keyboard. Print screen button. when you hit it, whatever you have on your screen is saved. then open Word or whatever, and click paste. or just paste to your message here.

I have no idea how to post a screenshot but will gladly email it to somebody or if somebody gave my instructions...

You can upload them to a free image hosting service such as:

(the latter appears to be down at the momen)

Once you've done that you will get a URL that points to your image. You can display that here by enclosing it within tags, i.e.:

"Link Removed (invalid)"

(without the quotes)

OK Lets try this

I played at Casino4Aces about a week ago when this happened. It was sorted out, and I was reinbursed for it.

Attach Removed (Old not found)

(thanks Caruso)

Nice! A dozen aces of hearts?

For an even better screenshot, hold down the Alt key while pressing PrintScreen, so that you only capture the window in focus, not the whole screen, and you could reduce the whole thing to a more manageable size.

Yeah, can a mod please spend five minutes re-sizing that screenshot? It'll render unreadable this whole page of the thread.

wanted to check if Bryan has any ideas of if the situation may improve or not. been a long time, and noone seems to be getting offered more than 50% of their winnings. it's getting more tempting to accept their offer of partial winnings, but do you suggest i still hold out? still $2500 of my winnings they aren't offering at this point.
