I recently joined Windows casino and made a lot of deposits, finally playing my balance up to around £6500. I was asked for the usual ID so I sent it all over and rather than cancel the pending withdrawals I kept depositing to play as I didn't want to hold up my payment. When chasing withdrawals I was told that @d been verified and my withdrawals had been approved, and as I didn't want to spend the money before I had it I asked if my account could be temporarily frozen.

They closed the account and I got no money, only a visa deposit refund (a fraction of what I'd deposited via mastercard), and then an e-mail saying they had failed to verify my documents. All I keep getting now when I chase is "we dont know whats happening, wait another day".

I need that mooney back! Anyone have any idea what I can do?

Since they not are accredited here, they have no rep here on the forum, you have two options.

1. Sit back and wait a bit longer.

2. Read about it and perhaps submit a PAB here! Read everything carefully and do not post more info here before the PAB is settled.

I know this may not bear too much relevance but was it RTG or Playtech. I guess its Playtech as RTG does not allow a deposit while you have a pending w/d.

Since the early days when Tony Friedman was the owner, they were seen to have mended their roguish ways but I seldom hear of players' experiences in the forums. Maybe you should PAB.

Ok I think you're right, I now want to remove this post as it says not to post on boards during PAB process but I can't figure out how to remove it!

Yes, they will understand. Just don't post anything else about it. MaxD will contact you with the PAB information. There is a section here you should read about how to start the process.
