We've had a few complaints about WinBigSlots.com over the past few months and they all report the same issues:
WBS claims many things including they're running a charity, they have no staff, they aren't forcing anyone to do anything, it's not their fault that the dodgy jewellery place isn't cooperating, etc etc. In the end it boils down to "tough luck for the player" and "talk to the hand".
WARNING: WinBigSlots.com is cheating players. They have endless excuses for doing so but the bottom line is that players who win get nothing. Players are STRONGLY advised to bypass WinBigSlots and play elsewhere.
- player deposits and buys credits to play.
- player wins and is told to go to an online jewellery shop (cleosheartjewelry.com) to redeem their winnings.
- player attempts to redeem and is given an endless run-around.
- WBS eventualy claims the player is harrasing them and/or is abusive, player is locked out.
- end result: no winnings paid.
