In a recent thread, I stated I would make a few deposits at Winaday to see if a problem someone was speaking of was indeed a problem. I just wanted to post my findings, as I said I would. That thread was closed as it got side tracked. @ mods: I'm fairly certain this thread will be ok, but on the off chance that it's not since the other was closed, my apologizes. I just wanted to do what I said I would.

The general complaint was in reference to bonuses being auto applied on your first 5 or so deposits.

I made my first deposit, and received the expected auto bonus. I contacted support, and requested the bonus be removed. Without any fuss (sp?) the rep advised they would forward my request to a supervisor. In less that 12 hours or so I received the following response:

..........................................................

Dear xxxxxxxxxx,

This is Robert, Supervisor of Customer Support at Win A Day. Unfortunately, we are unable to remove the registration bonus you have received on your first deposit, nevertheless if you wish, we can unsubscribe your account from receiving all future automatic bonuses. Please let me know if agree with this solution. The bonus you received needs to be wagered only ten times.

At this moment, all our bonuses are credited automatically, but we plan to change this bonus scheme in the near future.

Please, let me know, if I can be of further assistance.

Sincerely,
Robert
Customer Service

........................................................

I was very impressed at how fast and politely he responded. Truth be told, as I said in the past thread, I didn't expect to receive a response. I left his name in the email, just because I figured he deserved a bit a credit. He didn't try to talk me into keeping it, and I didn't have to argue my case. The auto bonus now in my mind seems like a non issue.

I advised him to not stop the auto bonuses as I'm curious to see if they do stop after the first 5. After hearing what the vets here have said about them, and seeing Robert's quick helpful response, I must admit I now have no complaints about their setup.

Quick end note: I'm also digging the games. A bit odd, and some a little quirky, but overall interesting and fun. Got a good amount of play time on the first deposit, and just made another, so I can work my way to the 5. I also love the fact you can play them in a window browser. It's one of the few casinos that I've found pulls up and plays great on my cell phone. Sorry this post wasn't well worded or put together. I didn't so much mean it to be a well thought out review, as much as I just wanted to follow up on my word in regards to me checking out the casino.

****Yea I'm not proof reading this, so spelling and grammar will likely be jacked****

It's been a long time since I've deposited at Winaday, just never seemed to have much luck there. Their bonuses are pretty reasonable, and they do send out quite a number of freebies to their regular players, and some to not so regular players (like me!).

Payments are only one day a week I believe, but I have heard they are as reliable as clockwork with them though.

Be aware that the Video Poker games are in fact slots. It's clearly stated there now, but I recall them coming under fire for not making it clear they are slots in the past.

They are a major sponsor of Gone Gambling too, so there's a few extras there if you are a Winaday customer and a forum member.

I've played at Slotland a few times and although the games are nothing up to par of MGS and the like, I must say I've always got a decent bang for my buck. I can drop $100 and play for a few hours on their Video Poker slots. I certainly get far more game play with each deposit that I do at the more popular casinos. I'll have to give Winaday a go now :)

The only thing that's off putting are the withdrawal times. Do they still only process once a week?

Hi. Does Winaday have a rep on here at all? I need to contact them regarding a bonus query. I signed up last week and deposited $100 and got a 100% bonus, I talked to live chat last week and had $90 left to wager and I played over $100 after that so I knew I meet the WR and left it until today to withdraw because they only process payments on Wednesdays. I contacted live chat today to confirm that I meet the WR and they told me I had $525 because they gave me a $15 with a 35x WR. They told me it can't be removed and that I have been playing with it, I know this is untrue because the last time I played was last week and the $15 bonus was added today.

I played at Winaday casino and i actually like their games. The CSR seem friendly and the games are a nice change from RTG.Of course Im in the USA so not much of a choice.:( I would like to see them accredited.

There's no rep here that I am aware of, but they do have Live Chat and should respond to e-mails pretty quickly.
They should be able to help you that way.

That's probably the free $15 to celebrate the newest slot. It's best not to hang around after meeting WR just because they process on Wednesday, but withdraw straight away. It won't get paid any faster, but it will avoid the problem of free chips landing on top of an already wagered and withdrawable bonus+winnings.

This inability to remove such boni is a problem though, as is the lack of a WR tracker, something that players have come to accept as standard with the major software suppliers.

Their software though is a reminder of long ago times in computing terms. Slotland (the sister site) still offers games in HTML, very basic graphics and no sound. Winaday came along later, but this is a basic Flash based browser casino, although it is now catching up with others in this category.

Although they don't have a rep here, they are long term sponsors of Gone Gambling, and are certain to have a point of contact there. Like myself, many play there in recognition of the fact that they stood by Gone Gambling when times got really tough, and many other sponsors walked away. Gone Gambling is now owned by Bryan (CM), but runs much as it did under John, so there will be casinos promoted there that are not accredited here.

The sticking point for both Slotland and Winaday when it comes to accreditation is in how their games work. They do not follow the accepted model of outcomes based purely on where the reels land, or cards get drawn. They have a hybrid model that is part random, part "fruit machine" compensated. This can be seen if you play the games for a while. The most important factor is that the progressive payout is "blocked" from being generated by the RNG during game play, and is decided by a separate RNG call at the start of the spin, and if the progressive is deemed to have been won, the game is overridden and will simply "drop in" the required "eye candy" representation of the win. It's much the same as the RTG jackpots, but instead of being awarded separately, the underlying slot is used to display the win that is otherwise blocked from being achieved through the regular RNG calls.

I tried contacting Winaday casino because i joined GoneGambling and i wanted to see if i can deposit without the bonus being applied. I guess i have to wait to hear from a supervisor support was no help.I did deposit $25 on sept 30th but the bonus was applied to that.If anyone is a member of GG and can help me learn the site please PM me.Thanks

No nonsense payment of my $7000 withdrawal on Wednesday. It's the kind of amount that often generates the document requests, or instalment payment. Even if I had withdrawn on the Thursday, I would have waited 6 days for my $7000, whereas it would have been spread over three weekly instalments had it been at Club World ($3000, $3000, $1000). Only the first $3000 would have beaten Winaday in terms of timescales, probably taking 2 days (Friday) to arrive rather than 6.

It seems that if you get to VIP level, they also have two further processing days, bringing the service close to a standard casino with no weekend payouts.

With GoneGambling, the prizes are credited by Winaday/Slotland very quickly after the claim, often in under an hour.

I feel that tropical treat has the biggest potential on video slots

It was Heavenly Reels. It has been absolutely evil for months, giving every combo under the sun except the one for the piggy bank. No matter how much I played, I saw it creep up and up, and then up some more, holding on like it was never going to let go. Then finally it got too heavy for the little cherub, and he dropped the required 4 "1" symbols when I held a pair of "7"s. It was so unusual, as normally it spins in the combo for you to hold.

I worked it up a little on Slot 21 and withdrew $7000.

Another $3600 just now too, on Slot 21, but a 4 day wait till Wednesday this time.

I can see both games going VERY tight again now, probably for quite a while.

Yes could you also let us know bet amounts?

It was a relatively modest $8 per spin at the time on Heavenly Reels. I was getting nowhere betting $16, but the piggy bank quickly emptied it's loot when I decided to have a session playing at $8.

For Slot 21, some less modest bets, ranging from as low as $5.25 to the dizzy heights of $42 on occasion.

:D are you a movie/rapper/or pop singer :eek::thumbsup:

Nope,

I have an emptier for both these games:p

Awesome!

I assume you've been banned for manipulating the software so that you can't lose.

Just for the newbs....the only "emptier" on these or any other slots is "keep depositing and betting big til you hit big....however long that takes....then claim to have an amazing winning system". In other words, folks, it's nonsense....just like roulette and blackjack systems, or rubbing the machine.

That's a modest bet for you? Would you consider adopting me please?
