I may be wrong and Bryan can always correct me, but I don't think i-gaming representatives (software providers/developers), are held to the same criteria as casino reps and aff managers, who need to be reasonably active and address concerrns especially in order to retain their accred status and for which Bryan requests a heads-up if they're in prolonged absentia or not answering/addressing concerns in a timely fashion; but I don't 'think, say, Dan Pragmatic and BTG rep have as strict an adherence because they don't officially speak for any given casino.
I don't think that means they have carte blanche to post and shill willy-nilly, but I don't think there's a specific section as this is neither a CM exclusive nor accredited casino promotion.

yeah, I don't think it they need pop in for every flag but it would be swell to drop a courteous response to an ongoing issue like 'we're aware of the current issues regarding lag and are in touch with our casino partners'

If it were a casino problem would agree, but it is a casino wide problem, and seems like a BTG problem, so BTG should really answer IMO. Quick enough to post promos, then disappear for months till theres another slot due for release, give a certain reviewer access, send cease and desist letters to anyone daring to post a screenshot a few days early, tell him when to post it then publicity machine swings into action. Don't manage to say a few words about the problems loads are having around different casinos.

I had one totally horrible first session where I lost more than 100 euro with 0.20 - 1.00 bets. I think it was at Trada.
Never did another spin in it, even in fun mode.
