    hi all

I opted into William hills Xmas promo yesterday it was £10 live casino free bonus.

I was playing slots decided to have a go on live roulette so doing spins between £60-150 all of a sudden my balance drops by over £300.

When I look at the promo it says 20x wagering and max redeemable £40 so even though a very small part was a bonus they wiped out over £300 from my balance.

If I was spinning 1k and won 10k they are saying they would take it all and 40 is max.

Now for me this comes under the old uk licence rule that they can’t take bets they can’t pay out on so a full refund of stakes in that time should apply.

Do any of you agree or am I just wasting my time?

willhill seem to loads of promotions like this where the max winnings are capped, terrible if you have deemed to of won from bonus money, which then gets wiped off you balance.

I had won the other day where I "won" over £75 from some free spins, max cashout was something like £20, but since the bonus amount was the free spin winnings it had 25x wagering(£1875)... needless to say it didn't happen.

Far better places to play than at willhill.
