    I tried to make a withdrawal by Moneybookers, but it was reversed and now I can only withdraw by check. Has this happened to you? What should I do?

    normally when you contact support they are able to manually change that for you.
    I did a few withdrawals and it showed my only my VISA card as possible withdrawal option,after contacting customer support they changed it to Skrill without a problem.

    Casinos say they have to send a withdrawal back to the deposit method used. Did you deposit by cheque:rolleyes:

    Another possibility is that you have never deposited there with Skrill, and so in order to enable (verify) Skrill as a withdrawal alternative you will have to have made at least one deposit via Skrill.


    A cheque isn't too bad in the UK, and should arrive, be deposited, and cleared, before you manage to win an argument with Will Hill to allow a change to Skrill.

    I talked to them on Live Chat and they said it's the manager's decision - I can only withdraw by cheque and it will take 14-21 working days!
