William Hill - What customer service!

very simply all casinos lie about wagering limits and looking for compulsive gambling. Bottom line is this GREED. They will take as much as u are willing to risk. I am a problem one there with a repeating pattern and always let me deposit not to mention rigging bj.

Hi All,

Just a reminder, this is a public board open to everyone and his brother. If or when you post emails, be sure you get explicit permission from the sender to do so. This goes for email addresses and phone numbers. Sometimes these phone numbers and emails are not meant to be distributed around cyberspace. Please respect other people's privacy.

On another note, please understand that Gamcare WILL NOT recover losses. Spearmaster made the comment "Second of all, they MAY - I repeat, MAY - be able to help recover something". He should have stated MAY NOT. Gamcare is set up to assist gamblers with compulsive gaming problems, not to assist gamblers in attempting to recover lost funds.

Thanks!

MAY is essentially the same as MAY NOT... LOL... either way nothing is guaranteed.

Actually, MAY implies that they could possibly go beyond their normal scope of operations. MAY NOT would imply that even if it is within their normal scope of operations there is no guarantee that they can do anything. :D

So they are NOT "essentially the same". :D

Dear all,

I'm working on a series of documentaries for BBC 2 (UK) about addictive forms of behaviour. We are looking at the links between mental health problems and gambling, includining complusive gamblers.

If anyone who like to talk to me on the subject please e-mail me at eparsons@mentorn.tv or 0207 258 6756.

Many thanks

Hey guys, I doubt WH is much different than most casinos that are happily going to take your money and leave it up to you to stop or contact someone if you need help. I have only had one win at WH and they paid pretty quickly (& overpaid, then removed the overpay through Neteller) but as far as emails- I think this may be a foreign idea to them!
