William Hill Online Casino - Good customer service

Hi All

I am a new member.

I played last week at William Hill Online Casino with quite large deposits and luckily managed to win a few thousand pounds which is great

My only concern was that despite having my documents verified, the withdrawal process seemed to be dragging on somewhat (longer than I have experienced with other Casino's). However, William Hill's customer service was good and this has been resolved today.

They pay instantly for my moneybookers withdrawals. I think players can set it up like that by asking them.

There's really nothing negative I can say about them. Maybe long waiting time sometimes in live chat, but with instant payouts I dont use live chat much.

Sorry to jump in on an old thread, but I have to disagree with the customer services comment - my experience is that there is very little good I can say about them. Accepted that they separate CS and security (so they say) - but this is not our problem to deal with - this is an inefficiency that William Hill should deal with, its called business...! Why should the customer suffer for the companies' bad administration...

My gripe with William Hill is detailed in a separate thread - essentially they are delaying a withdrawal - it is now six full days since the withdrawal was requested, even after three discussion with the customer services team - all I have is a, 'please wait for the security department'...I have been patient and reasonable but now William Hill have taken this beyond a joke. All I ask is for them to contact me .... but they cannot do that...!
