Glad to see someone else also got this offer. I thought it was a joke! 250 Quid no deposit bonus is just unheard of in this day and age. Safe to say i bust out on 40p to 60p stakes with one bonus round in the whole lot only paying me 20x.

Played very carefully, normally with that sort of balance i'd be quite frivolous and stupid, but this time I just painstakingly continued to play my normal stakes, it took me most of the afternoon but eventually I managed a total withdrawal of £300. They had it back, but felt good at the time.

And they give some good regular bonuses like buyin with £20 play with £40 etc Only thing I heard why they are not accredited is that they have bad customer sevice and if you have an issue they won't discuss it with third party ? Shame because I have never had a problem with them playing there for many years

I honestly have never come across such terrible customer service in any other online casino, other than M Casino.. They can actually take over a week to reply - live chat isn't so bad, in fact initially I was super impressed - but often they can't resolve the query and if it's escalated you have to wait several days for an email response which you usually have chase. If you have multiple issues as I did across Vegas/casino/games due to bonus glitches and game crashes - they only seem to take your first issue into account without properly reading your responses etc, so when you reply you seem to go back in the queue again. I've never fully resolved some issues as I've actually given up!!

In the end I complained about the service and bonus issues. I got a standard we're just extremely busy right now etc response - no mention of the bonus glitches - and now it would appear I'm under a bonus ban (the usual daily type ones) that I've not even been told about! I often used the daily promotions offered, but I also deposited very regularly, it's all very odd! When I get the time I'm tempted to try and find out their reasoning!

Ps - Lucky you Amourgirl - so nice to see people get given a nice freebie. Rizk gave me a free £100 last week - I was made up! I could bloody do with another one this week though...
