William Hill / Crypto Exposed - Fraudulent claim

Interesting thread with some sensible replies to what sounds like sour grapes.

One point I would make though is in response to scrollock's comments regarding Willhill's online security department, in particular...

"the online casino security department is non existant"

and

"if anyone is money laundering / colluding, then it makes sense to do so at will hill due to it having the laxest security in the whole online casino world."

As a shareholder of William Hill and several other gaming companies (including Crypto) I would take issue with these comments. A quick look at the yearly financial results of WH shows that they have some of the lowest Chargeback rates in the industry.

I seem to remember from previous posts that scrollock worked in the shops for Billy Hills, what therefore qualifies you to comment on their Internet operations?

Fraudulent claim

I just want to emphasize that this claim by mjones is completely false and without merit. Besides his disappearance from the forum, and non-response to several of my emails, I've just spoken with one of the WH managers over the phone about this. It's my opinion that we have another incident of someone abusing this forum by disseminating bogus information - trying to harm someone's business.

Member branded "fraudster" and banned forever.

Gotta Make One Wonder..................

With so many industry experts a part of this forum, you gotta wonder how posters like this think they can get away with rumor-mongering. This guy was nailed on the first page of this thread and bolted. I don't get it--what's the point? A large charge?

This forum has a very high profile and disgruntled players will take advantage of this. Even though issues like this are dissected by the wise ones, fairness is exercised and a certain amount of "benefit of the doubt" is given to these posters. In a nutshell, we expect people to be honest.

I'm not saying this is the case, but if you lose a lot of money at a casino - take a look at yourself and do something about your behaviour. Don't try and damage someone else's business. Will Hill employs a lot of people who are just ordinary folk trying to put food on the table. Mjones should be ashamed of himself.
