William Hill Casino Club - Issue

I'm new to this forum but need help!

I signed up for Willaim Hill Casino Club on in March 13 and after beginners luck managed to make some moneyback (a large amount!). I then went on to withdraw on the same day and was asked to send other a number of documents to them before being able to complete the withdrawal:

Notarized ID
Utility Bill
Debit Card details that were used for the deposit
Photo ID
Deposit Confirmation Form
Bank Reference Letter

I have sent all of these document exception the Notarized ID via email a day after being asked and sent the Notarized ID to their head office in Gibraltar which was delivered (and signed for!) on 25 Mar 13.

It has now been nearly 4 weeks since the document was delivered and I have been chasing this up since mid April but after contacting their Customer Support I keep being told that they havent received it but will let me know when they have processed it. As you can imagine I am not happy with this length of time but not sure what to do next?

Do I send another notarized ID in follow up to this, do I keep waiting and see what happens or do I complain?
