william hill cashout(6 days and nothing...)

i'd cashout 140$ 6 days ago from william hill and always nothing in my neteller account,i 'd send them 3 emails and no reply from them !!! :mad: what's the solution ???

Occasionally I have had a withdrawal disappear from hills. On emailing them they say "your account was subject to a random security check and your withdrawal has now been processed, we are sorry for the inconvenience caused".

Translated to the truth this reads... "We ****ed up and made an error with your withdrawal, it has now been corrected and finally processed, we are very sorry for our mistake."

maybe they pay slightly late but they are one hundred percent one of the safest and best online companies about.

very odd comment from someone who lists Belle Rock as "best casino" IMHO.

they are one of the best outfits going and have paid me faster than any other online casino with which I have dealt.

If you live in the UK, you can print out a voucher and get paid in real cash, not funny e-money, at any William Hill betting shop. This means that I could get my money in less than 5 minutes. Their customer service, however, is incompetent to non-existent.

the reason being i WASNT the one complaining in the first place about slow cashouts maybe people should read the thread more carefully all i was saying was william hill have an 100% proven track record..ok??

No matter what your reasons are, it's not appropriate to call someone a retard just because you have contempt for what he/she has posted. Can I call you a moron for playing at 1cnp, for example. Certainly not. We all have our disagreements and this forum gives us an avenue to voice them out. Most of us are here to have a good time. Dont spoil it by namecalling of others.

so i 'd phone them (i find the correct number )this morning and they told me it's my first cashout so my withdrawal must be check by the security department before they accept it !!! ok but 7 days it's really too long !!!!!!!!!!:mad:and their customer service is really bad !!!
 
i'd cashout last friday,when i saw i got nothing monday i send them an email:no reply,next day i resend them an email saying they can call me at home:no reply,wenesday i phone them but they told me to retry the next day because there was nobody who speak french (and they want absolutly i speak with a french) .....!!!!!!!!!!!! and finally i got someone today who speak french and explain me their security blabla... for the first cashout!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:what:

No problem at all TB! I was just responding to the 'they pay a bit slow' comment, in line with my 'We Are Customers' thread... I.e - Don't 'put up with' anything that is even slightly against the principles of good customer service! There's no need to!

I got paid slowly once by 32RED (By slowly, it took five days to hit my account as opposed to the usual three). The legitimate explanation combined with antiquated UK banking laws more than made me feel at ease!

...and yep! No way I can endorse Belle Rock anymore after that fiasco on the other forum... I don't care if the player is right/wrong/telling the truth or whatever. The shocking lack of customer response and care (publicly and privately it seems) is enough for me to banish them into the fiery depths of casino hell forever!!! I mean, a group that size; how hard is it to just be transparent and keep in touch? Impossible, it seems...
