I’m experiencing an issue with William hill whereby I have 30k in withdrawals pending since Sunday 14th. It’s been 8 days now (6 working days) and all I’m being told it’s being’checked’. The service is diabolical. I’m chasing them every day and getting nowhere.
I spoke with gambling commission today who advised this is wrong and I should be advised on what is actually happening with it. I’ve to keep them informed on what’s going on. Gave me some hope to know that I’m not going crazy and this is actually ridiculous.
I totally understand the need for checks when it’s this size of withdrawal however it just shouldn’t take this long. A withdrawal is an every day occurrence with them and it shouldn’t come as a surprise. I’m a heavy player on other sites and had the odd delay but nothing like this.
I know people have had same issues as checked many forums but does anyone have any recommendations on how it got resolved?
I’m just purlexed they can’t give any kind of time frame and all I get is ‘be patient’ ‘it’s being checked’ ‘can’t give you a timeframe’. I’m ready to lose It
