Seriously reread your posts back to me. Never once did i accuse you of doing anything wrong.

Merely stated that by not saying what slots like they were a big secret it could give impression you had maybe found a bug. But it is your choice that is all i stated and for lst time yes members have had withdrawals delayed for ages for large wins to be checked. Again that also happens sometimes because of what slot it was.

But your replies to me were out of order to my questions.

Then again my head is so screwed up tosay with tablwts and tiredness mayve i am wrong. So any member or Mod that thinks i posted accusing OP of wrongdoing please let me know.

Now time to keep out this thread.
Not out of order when I’m being told I have a stinking attitude which is the part that got me. Yeah I think I’m over this thread now too. Don’t need the extra agro right now

Just to keep thread up to date.. got phonecall today from manager as promised. The guy is a credit to them. Only one who’s taken ownership. However it wasn’t exactly what I wanted to hear. The withdrawals had all been credited back to my willhill account!!! He said because they were pending so long so he checked if ok for him to withdraw then manually which he’s done. I’ve checked now and showing as able to reverse until 11pm. Obv I won’t reverse them.
I mean what do you make of that? Returned to my account after 10 days. Is that normal?
I said to him I fail to see how they can be actively working on it when funds returned to my account. For all they know I could go in and spend it all now. Bizarre!!

Just to make Clear to them ou arre not going to reverse, ask to block reverse option. Maybe they’re quicker then.

Absolutely shocking I would say. It’s pending while they check for abnormalities obviously knowing that it will get returned to your account if they go past a certain timeframe.

Surely that shouldn’t be permissible. You can’t tell me they are that short staffed that the checks haven’t been completed by now and if they are well hire some bloody more.

Imo it goes further towards the inclination that these casino aren’t really answerable to any governing body and if they are what the hell are they doing about it. This has been common practice forever and a day.

Totally agree. I said the same to them about staff. My official complaint has gone to the second opinion email address they have. Been told turn around is x amount of weeks as it’s a very small team. I said oh that’s bloody convenient isn’t it!! You’re high level complaints team is tiny like wtf. Hire more staff. I complained to GalaSpins once about a pending withdrawal for 12k. Complaints team replied to me same day and it was released following morning. That’s good service. This is diabolical.

Manager said today it’s been through one check but it’s going through an additional one which he doesn’t know why. I mean do these people not have systems where all this is logged?! My worry now is it’s been 10 days and because withdrawals going through again today is it going to go through same journey. Ahhh I do have faith in the manager I’m speaking to, he’s on it so hopefully by tmrw they get sent. Will see!

On a separate point the gambling commission are collating as much data as they can with sites still not complying as they should, so if anyone experiences anything like this you need to forward the details to the commission. It’s the only way they can do anything about it. They know they’re not complying but they need hard evidence

Ive also been thru hell with will-hill.
For me it was verification. People kept telling me different things, some said i were fully verified, and when asking about why my withdrawal was pending 2 days later suddenly they needed a picture of me physically holding all the documents i had already sent.
Pain in the butt since i dont even own a printer. That took another 1-2 days to sort out. Then it had to go thru extra security checks and whatnot, and they were finding the tiniest freaking things to complain about. (thumb obscuring one word on a paper etc).

This was for a withdrawal of just €150.
So after this had gone on for about two weeks, i was ready to just give it up and call it lesson learnt.
Then i noticed my withdrawal had been processed and had arrived in my bankaccount that day. I was still not verified according to the security team, so i asked how could it be my withdrawal was processed.

Oh, this is just for future deposits and withdrawals they then told me.
Told them where they could shove their bullshit security checks and closed my account that day.
Man, makes me angry just thinking about it.

It speaks volumes though when the manager doesn’t know why. If he doesn’t who does?

People are asking for a list of slots to try to help, some slots are open to bonus abuse and that could be why they are looking closer at it. Having said that - taking this long is taking the piss. Maybe self exclude

Once you have made a self-exclusion agreement, the gambling company must close your account and return any money in your account to you. It must also remove your name and details from any marketing databases it uses.

i don’t like the self exclude route as that suggests I have problem and/or can’t control things myself. Doesn’t matter the reasons for doing it, they don’t care about that and they wouldn’t even look at that. The minute they see a self exclusion they will think risk/problem at my end and thats just not the case here. I think anyone that really gets in to gambling, we all can go a bit beyond what we should’ve and that certainly happened for me like about 10 years ago now but I’m so disciplined and stick to my limits I would never get myself in to a pickle now. It’s frustrating as that shouldn’t even be a consideration to get my own winnings but I get where you’re coming from. I know I won it fair and square and what’s frustrates me even more is I’m top vip on my usual sites which these games are on. So if I’d won it on there I wouldn’t be having an issue right now and I’d be on my holidays

Gambling commission told me that the legislation that came in in May was to stop this. If they haven’t verified you properly then tough shit for them. They should’ve done their kyc and due dillegence beforehand. Seriously that’s what he said to me 2days ago. No site should ask you (unless only opened an account with them in a matter of days) for proof of verification at the withdrawal stage. They should not be taking your money and allowing you to play if they are not satisfied with your verification. The fact they’ve asked you to send pic of holding your docs if absurd!! Seriously email it off to the commission. They need this info

The managers know nothing. They control the agents and the calls and that’s as far is it goes. A withdrawal goes right over their heads and to a different dept. Even my account managers on other sites have no say or control over withdrawals. I can see why it’s like that as major risk if they did but for goodness sake they should have some influence when it comes to treating customer fairly and escalating an obvious issue. The amount of agents and managers telling me they know where I’m coming from. I even apologized to a manager yesterday for how I was being and they said I’d be even worse than you don’t worry about it. They all can see this is wrong but they have zero influence on the matter. It’s a joke

So the OP put only £100 to play at "high stakes"... well, high stakes to me would infer at least 5 quid a spin. So this is odd - no one plays "high stakes" with a deposit only big enough for 20 or so spins.

Then they point blank refuse to say what games they played - which is really odd as slots are (@snorky510238 would disagree) random, and it would make no difference if you told us or not. And then if seems they get extremely irate at people who, legitimately, are asking questions.

Those two things together lead me (possibly wrongly) to believe something is not necessarily 100% right here.

They are on a forum trying to ask for help, and you (wrongly in my opinion) wont say what stakes or what games. Two things that actually could make a difference to your case (depending on the exact situation).

So rather than getting angry with people, the OP would be better just being open and honest. We cannot gain anything by knowing the information, but it may be that the information helps people answer you better...

They say you are bonus banned, so (as far as we know) it cannot be for bonus abuse. However, bonus abuse would be one reason to stall this long (to check) but normally a delay of this long means they are waiting for a games provider to check something...

Sorry but I think you’re getting rather confused. I’m not bonus banned at all. That was posted by s different user. Ha it wasn’t £5 stake it was £200 and the win was for £14k from that. I had already got up to £10k by this point so that took me to 24. I continued to play rest of the day and stopped at 30k.

You can honestly think what you want and sorry that what I’ve said has led you to think false things but there you go!
