This is what happened to me tonight at ALL SLOTS CASINO....AND THERE IS NO CONTACT INFORMATION FOR ALL SLOTS CASINO HERE (at least I couldn't find one, if there is please direct me in the right place)....... I made my first ever ECheck deposit with them, so I am supposed to get a $25 bonus after of course waiting 6 hours.....I talk to 3 different people and they all say oh yes ma'am you are getting it.....(I called specifically about this bonus, just to make sure before I deposited, so I wouldn't get screwed, I'm so used to it by now) So after waiting 6 fucking hours, I call back and ask how come my bonus hasn't come in? This woman told me I made deposits through FirePay last year or the year before, I can't remember....I NEVER IN MY LIFE had a FirePay account, she is counting my credit card deposits like a firepay deposit.

FIREPAY IS NOT A CREDIT CARD!!! MY CREDIT CARD WAS A VISA, NOTHING TO DO WITH FIREPAY!


I just can't seem to find a "right" one for me.......either they are idiots, or their bonuses just take to long, or their a bunch of liars.



I am from Massachusetts, so 32Red is out.


Can anyone point me towards a good casino?
 
So now they locked my account.......so I call back and ask why....she gave me some bullshit reason about not logging in right, ummmm, I know my own password.....I asked to speak to a manager, I wasn't allowed to.

I tell her ONCE AGAIN, I have NEVER had a firepay account and she said well then we have to lock your account because someone else has been using your account....ya, someone else is adding money into my account, ok.

Sooooooooo......no luck with Bellerock, no luck with Jackpot Factory.....I only enjoy MG games.

Maybe it's just me? :mad:


I was just praising Jackpot factory, because they sent me a $10 stocking stuffer for Christmas, that's why I wanted to play there. I thought they were good bunch.

Now my question for you. What'a an e-check deposit? I don't see the connection with a credit card.

My wife plays at All Slots. She is not a big gambler and only ever makes small deposits and will sometimes not play for weeks on end. But they still treat her very well :) Lots of free bonuses credited to her account and come to think of it the last one was a 100. Their payouts are also very quick with a cheque arriving within a couple of days.

Did you even bother to read my post? A little respect for what? For not getting something I was promised? For not getting an answer to my email that I emailed out last night? For locking my account? I talked to 3 different people from there, granted they were very nice, but they all lied to me (saying yes you will get this bonus)

I called specifically before depositing and asked them millions of questions....I was then promised a $25 bonus for being a first time user of this sort of deposit. THEY BROUGHT THIS TO MY ATTENTION...... I wasn't granted what I was promised.

ECheck is taken out of your checking account, you give them your information and within seconds you money is in the casino. It' like writing a check to the casino. It has no connection to a credit card.

They were telling me that when I made credit card deposits back in 2005 that I was making them by FirePay, which is untrue.

Thank you, I looked under the Jackpot Factory contacts and the only one I could find hasn't been here since October or somewhere near there, so I just assumed he wasn't a contact anymore.

Yes, that's what I heard about them. What really got me to want to play there, was they sent me a $10 stocking stuffer and I haven't played there in years (I thought that was very generous of a casino to do that)....I wanted to try out a new casino, so I thought since they were nice enough to send this to someone who hasn't played with them in a while I would try them out again.
 
just play, I can understand your disappointment & frustration in not receiving what you said is rightfully yours or people being confused. And since we don't live in a perfect world, all things don't go that way. So we need to make allowances for mistakes.

May I add, I have played at Jackpotfactory casinos much and fortunately, have never been treated unfairly. I find their CS to be one of the most helpful in any of the situations I've brought before them. I find $$ in my account all the time and anytime I'm short on cash, and I ask for a bonus, I'm never denied & the bonuses are very generous. My withdraws are flushed from my accounts upon request and I receive my $$ in my web wallet in a flash.

Hopefully your situation will work out. But you need to relax a bit before you hurt yourself.

Thank you, that's what I heard about them too. I am just upset by not getting something promised and then having my account locked for them thinking someone else was using my account.

I would agree, their staff were very friendly.
 
The Factory

Jackpot Factory seem prone to these odd screwups, the problem is that what would appear to be a simple matter to clear up just gets nowhere. Ignored E-mails are an increasingly common problem, my last few have all been ignored. Being accused of having used Firepay could be down to a simple error in misreading the Cashcheck log, but instead of calming this down, CS chose to lock the account, thus pouring fuel on a fire of anger already ignited by the initial problem.
With this being Xmas & New Year, the top flight staff are away, and little will be done about this till Tuesday.
On Tuesday, ask them for a full list of all deposits ever made to your account so that you can check them against your own statements. If there are no "Firepay" entries, then you have busted them on this issue (and they will likely offer a bonus as compensation). You might like to push your luck and ask for an upgrade to the VIP Lounge, as the bonus will then only have 15x WR instead of the usual 30x.

Microgaming casinos have an automatic locking function if the password is entered incorrectly three times. Sometimes, the software misinterprets a disconnect as a failed login attempt (this is rare, as the problem has to be three times on the trot). I had this with the old Casino Action tournament accounts.
 
I just called and asked if they could email all my deposits since 2005 and the support member said she would forward this to the other department because she cannot do it, and it might take up to 48 hours.

I then asked how long does it usually take for them to reply to an email....she said and I quote..."A lot of our email are being erased due to a technical problem"

This is the same line that Bellerock gave me when their bonuses were taking VERY long to go through "technical problem"

I also contacted the Jackpot Factory contact from here, and I looked up some of his posts and he hasn't posted since October. Is that a bad sign? Should I expect a response from him?

It's sure not a good sign Justplay, lol. Give it til Tuesday and see if he shows up...perhaps he just hasn't been around because there's been no complaints PM'd to him.

As to the email excuse, JF have been using this and similiar "email problems" for as long as I can remember. Well, ever since they did away with the live chat feature on their sites. They promised that was coming back, but it never has. And their email support is almost non-existent, or used to be when I played there anyway.

I really doubt you'll get any answers until Tuesday earliest Justplay so don't go stressing over it. New Year's Eve tonight, New Year's Day tomorrow.....there won't be anyone around. :rolleyes:
