all those lenghty mouse-clicking workouts keep the king in top shape.

good luck, kk!*

of course, completing a half marathon only certifies one as half an athlete

Of course I will!
I've never failed yet - and I've done all 22 previous ones. :eek2:

Not just a stiff upper lip, by tomorrow everything is gonna be stiff - I'll probably need an ambulance to take me to work!

Only 2 hours to the start as I write this - just warming up with 10 minutes of typing, 100 mouse clicks, 30 chair-swivels, a nice cup of tea and two packets of bourbon biscuits!

PS: Posted in sports talk...?
. . . . . . . . . .

Mission accomplished!

About 50 minutes outside my best time, but that was about 15 years ago... :)

PS: How do you know the second half is downhill - you been using that interweb thingy again...?

WTG KK!!

Too bad I didn't have any money riding on this... Gambling is bad, ya know. ;)

It's nice to see how chair swivels and mouse clickings can prime a body into such good shape. Way to go

Have you tried the vertical chair lean interlocking the fingers behind one's head and propping one's feet on the desk? It strengthens the latissimus dorsi. I do this while talking on the speaker phone, or chillin'.
