Hi!

Today i have a problem with the "Wildblaster Casino"!

I had the welcome bonus and i have read the bonus rules before, of course.
While my gameplay i had into my balance round about 30€ ... is switched a slot and than my balance was ZERO!
I thought it was a mistake, but the CSA's was not friendly. The CSA's means i have "delayed" the game Bigfoot and than my bonus is away and my balance is "0€" ... I have just asked what means "delayed" ... and 2 Agents have closed the chat!!!!


Sorry, but i don't know how i can "delay" a spin!!!!! I have no idea!!!
I have explained that i have click only "spin" and i have often switched the slots.
How to hell i can "delay" if i click only "spin"????
I don't understand this!!!!!
I don't know what is DELAY at a slot??????

Now my Balance is zero there and my cash is away and i don't know why!


Can anybody help me for this or explain what was wrong there pls?

Not sure. Can only guess that maybe you triggered the bonus on the game as you left and they think you were going to go back to it after bonus was completed. It is the only thing i can think of.

Yes, i had a bonus in this game, but what was wrong to win a bonus???
I don't understand this :-(

I make only 5 spins at a slot and after that i switch the slots.
What is wrong with it?

I play slots more than 10 years, but i don't know what is DELAY!!!
How i can do this? I have no idea. I have only clicked "spin" 5x on many, many slots and after that i switch the slot.

I have never heared this before: "delay a slot-spin" :-(

Weather it is or not, it sounds like they saying its "bonus abuse" Like Paul and myself are hinting at, if you don't complete a bonus to resume later that is against most if not all casino terms while you have an active bonus.

The bonus was automatic.
I don't know which round from the 5 spins. I mean spin 3 ... Why?

i have read the bonus rules before and i don't have break the "max bet rule" or i have played "a restricted slot"


What was wrong than?
As i said i was in chat and after my questions the CSA has closed the chat!!!
Surely because my english is very bad, but the german operator has closed the chat too after my question: Why the bonus was cancelled



I don't know why my bonus was cancelled, really not!
And why i can't have my deposit back than?

Sounds like they are jumping to conclusions, and being damn rude if they are just saying "delayed" and closing chat.
but as far as i know all casinos usually have a term listed in bonus terms and conditions similar to the following, which sounds like what they are refferring to when using the word delayed :

'Any attempt to delay/not complete a feature while playing with bonus funds, then returning to the game once the bonus is no longer active in an attempt to play out the feature at a later time , will be considered as abuse and is strictly forbidden'

In other words, (it looks like) CSA are suggesting you won a feature but didnt play it/delayed it. And exited the slot.
If a player did this everytime he won a feature while using bonus funds he could wait until his or her bonus funds reach £0, where the bonus is usually automatically cancelled and listed as expired/void, and then play all the delayed features where any wins will no longer be subjected to bonus rules since the system deactivates the bonus and any of the remaining wagering requirements. Meaning any and all wins from delayed features would be fully withdrawable.

Which is why the above members are asking if you completed the spin before leaving the game, because if you had a pending feature (that you may not even know about, for example, if you closed the slot before the spin had fully played out) it could look as an intentional delay of that feature in order to collect potential winnings as unrestricted cash at a later time.

If i had the bonus in round 3/5 ... how should it work?
And i don't know what is wrong with the bonus at the slot "bigfoot" ...
Is another bonus round as the other "restricted slots" i mean.

Sry, but i really don't know what i have do wrong.

Why i can't take a look in my "bets history" there? Bigfoot is away and the chat button is away too ^^

Can't see bigfoot listed as a restricted slot during bonus funds play in their terms. But thats not what "delaying" is suggesting. The term on their site they are probably accusing you of is written in their bonus rules as:

"It's forbidden to postpone any playing rounds, including free spins and bonus rounds, for the time when you no longer need to play the bonus through and/or make new deposit(s). Players doing so agree to have their bonus and associated winnings declared void"

If you had the bonus in round 3 of 5, then as long as you finished round 3 completely and the winnings were added to your balance at that tim then it is not breaking any rule (obviously). You wouldn't be able to play any more rounds on the game until you played out the bonus, regardless of if you left it for 5 minutes or 5 years before finishing the round. But it looks like they are suggesting you deliberately postponed a playing round/free spins/bonus round and went to a new slot so you could save the winning result from that delayed round for later.

This can be abused because if a player waits until the bonus funds they were using has expired, they could then go back to the unplayed game round and finish the delayed spin/bonus round/free spins.
As you know, once the game round is finished, it will add the winnings to the players account. If using a bonus it is supposed to add winnings to the bonus funds, but if at a later time when there is no bonus funds active, then the system will simply add the feature winnings to the players cash balance. So in that situation, a big win from a bonus round could be instantly withdrawn at a later time rather than added to the bonus funds that are locked/not withdrawable until the wagering/playthrough of the welcome bonus is completed.


The only way to know what you have done wrong is for the CSA to explain in more detail, unless you yourself already know that you did win a bonus round/free spin feature and that you quit the game before the bouns round/free spins completed and the blanace was updated, regardless of your intention.
I guess its possible that a round was lagging/slow on bigfoot and you closed it before it managed to play out and complete, and that round could have been about to drop in a feature.
or perhaps you closed the bigfoot slot slightly early assuming it was a dead spin, and not knowing the end of round result which might have triggered something, and instead of reopening the same game, opened a new game while not realizing the spin was incomplete and thus possible winnings were delayed.

I really don't know what i have make wrong. And no, the CSA's couldn't explain me a mistake. Only: "You delaying the round in the game Bigfoot!" ... but i don't know why!!!!

I could not looking into my gameplay for my Bigfoot-wins ... Bigfoot is away there.
Than i had an answer, but so not :-(
And now i don't know what i can do.

Anybody out there who can help me?

Today i was in chat again and i've just asking what was wrong with my gameplay from yesterday ...
Answer was: "Support Agent 1 has closed the chat."!!!!

What i can do now pls?
Is a rep from there here?

Amazing people manage to stay employed in customer services when treating customers like that. Assuming of course the details you've mentioned regarding your conversations with them are correct and you wasnt being nasty or rude.

You could try throwing them an email maybe, --politely-- explaining what you have explained here in that you don't beleive you have delayed anything, and are unhappy that you cannot get an explanation from live chat for why they have accused you of doing so and then refused to comunicate further.

I dont think there is a rep here at CM, they are not accredited, and if they reply to an email and you are still not satisfied/disagree with the answer they provide you could try a PAB here IF you haven't already done so previously with a none acredited casino in the past. I've noticed they do have an active rep on another forum, but im probably not allowed to reccomend other forums, and the one i noticed an active rep communicating on ceartinly isnt a forum i would reccomend anyway.

In the chat i wasn't nasty or rude.
I've only asked why my balance was down to zero.
The CSA said such as: "We talking in circle" and have closed the chat.

I want only know what i have making wrong!
IF i have make a mistake, than somebody must explain to me what i have wrong. Or somebody must show me my mistake at my gamecheck/playcheck
Because i have NO IDEA! Really not!

Had anybody the same problem before at one of the Direx N.V.-Casinos?

I was just in chat again and i had a german CSA, first CSA which was very friendly :)
First it was the same answer: "You delaying the round in the game Bigfoot!"
Than i've asked: Can you pls send me my bethistory per email and he's done ... and he send a screenshot too.
I said: I can't see any mistake from my side.
Than he asking the manager. A few minutes later: "We have added your account with the bonus again" (First deposit bonus (reinstated) Aktiv)
Great!!!!
He said it was an error from side the "gameprovider".
I've never heard and i've got never this before. Is this often?

As i said: The last CSA was friendly and could help me.
The other CSA's have kicked me out .... crazy!

Now all is fine and i hope i can wager my bonus :)
