Wild jackpots withdrawal

I made my first withdrawal request yesterday and i was pretty impressed that it took under hour to approve my documents and flush my withdrawal.

This morning i asked when withdrawal will be processed and helpful chat support told me that it will be processed right now.

Well after its been about 7 hours and its still in progress, I asked what is going on and got anwer that the withdrawal is on final state and will be processed asap.


Now its been about 9hours from the moment when i was told its going to be processed "now".

Normally when casino tells me my withdrawal is going to be processed now it means i get money in max 9minutes, not 9 hours to my skrill account.

I dont quite understand why and what ....

I guess that when they told you it's going to be processed they probably meant that it's going to be processed by their finance guys now...

I guess that when they told you it's going to be processed they probably meant that it's going to be processed by their finance guys now...

No .. they actually said its going to be processed "right now" ..
