WARNING Wild Jack is not responding to player issues

We've had no response to player issues from Wild Jack for some months now and Jackpot Factory staff claim that WJ is no longer part of the JF group. The bottom line is this: if they won't respond then there is no dialogue on player issues and that means those issues are dead in the water: no progress is possible.

Effective immediately Wild Jack has been removed from the Casinomeister Accredited Casinos list.

Warning: Wild Jack is not responding to player issues. Players are advised that as things stand we won't be able to help them if problems arise at this casino, they are on their own.

If and when Wild Jack is able to get back in the game and properly respond to player issues we will revisit this Warning. Until then, player beware.
