Yes indeed there are legitimate chargebacks. There are plenty of scenarios that would probably warrant one. Heres an example: A year or so ago had an unauthorized small charge from Clubworld processor, seems the processor went rogue. Tom suggested I charge it back. I did not. Use that scenario. Would someone just be screwed and locked out of a casino? Would you lose your membership.
Despite what anyone says to the contrary, RTG and Rival (and probably most other major suppliers too) have lists of "dodgy" players which are shared with the casinos. Genuine players should have nothing to fear from this - only the multi-accounters, fraudsters and charge-backers need worry.You can wonder how that information reached Deckmedia?
Ok, the info I've received pretty much confirms that Wiccan has a record of multiple accounts and unjustified chargebacks at a number of merchants, though not necessarily at the casino in question. The bottom line afaict is that the casino's actions are justified and the OP is getting pretty much what he deserves. And no I won't be specifying any of this in further detail.
I understand but when I see someone saying that they have a Official statement from deckmedia and really I will same the name cheetahwind. No one says a word about that statement. I have never once said official I just posted a chat as saying I was told this so that way I cant be called a lair. And I dont appreciate someone saying I did something (chargebacks) when I didnt making me look like I'm the bad guy. I might not have much but the 2 things I do have is my integrity and my word.

You have bold-faced lied to the membership. Period. You did so to drum up support and sympathy by deliberately making yourself like the victim.
I can abide braggers, I can put with whiners (most of the time), and I can tolerate childish insults.....but one thing I cannot stand is LIARS.
Personally, I hope you get kicked to the curb, if not for the chargebacks themselves, but for lying to the members, some of which actually swallowed your deceit and supported your cause.

I would hate to see you put your foot in your mouth like I said I have only had one charge back in all my time playing. And as I said I want this proof of charge backs and multiple accounts.... Until I see proof of these so called allegations... If I had multiple accounts chargebacks ect.... I have been with deckmedia for years with no problem and other accredited casinos as well for years why did it take them years to close my account and take my deposits and pay me withdrawls... I want Max to give me proof especially since a few days ago when I acquired if he heard anything I was told

Yes I know - I am one of the "Globally Bonus Banned" players at RivalThat system blocks genuin players as well. That's the problem, winning players... I don't know how the system works now but before it was like you couldn't even have bonus money at two Rival casinos at the same time.
