Was thinking the same, "unjustified chargebacks" often equals a boot from Bryan. Are there any "justified" chargebacks btw? Isn't all chargebacks unjustified?

Yes indeed there are legitimate chargebacks. There are plenty of scenarios that would probably warrant one. Heres an example: A year or so ago had an unauthorized small charge from Clubworld processor, seems the processor went rogue. Tom suggested I charge it back. I did not. Use that scenario. Would someone just be screwed and locked out of a casino? Would you lose your membership.

The world has come to a place where the fraudsters and the casinos are in total war against each other. Neither side is prone to sharing intel with the enemy, as I'm sure you already know. Since the OP chose these forums as the field of play it stands to reason I would think that we would ask for, and be given, the necessary info.

It's funny how when casinos are full of shit they will simply close the door on you with a "no further information is available" lame excuse. I'm not saying they are always wrong but there are times when they've screwed up and then they close the door instead of rectifying the situation.

Despite what anyone says to the contrary, RTG and Rival (and probably most other major suppliers too) have lists of "dodgy" players which are shared with the casinos. Genuine players should have nothing to fear from this - only the multi-accounters, fraudsters and charge-backers need worry.

Rival probably have the best system because it picks up these players as soon as they register and stops them from getting any bonuses - the main lure for these type of players. Unfortunately RTG and the others only seem to check the player's history AFTER they have played an are trying to withdraw. But then again, that's probably no accident... :(

Multiple Accts chargebacks

Well I would like to see these so called multiple accounts and chargebacks the only chargeback that I ever did was several years ago with a casino called GOLDVIPCLUB and that was because I waited like 2 months and never got paid so if you have this so called info. That I am not at privilege to get but you are I would like to see this so called info that you recieved.

Ok, the info I've received pretty much confirms that Wiccan has a record of multiple accounts and unjustified chargebacks at a number of merchants, though not necessarily at the casino in question. The bottom line afaict is that the casino's actions are justified and the OP is getting pretty much what he deserves. And no I won't be specifying any of this in further detail.
 
I had a good long think about after an exhaustive reading and then I came across moderator, it clearly shows that OP is deliberately to bend the rules unfortunately. I tend to agree with other comment here about it happens quite frequently when trying to blame casino for nothing, just to waste our time in here sadly. But I think OP clearly need to show some more patience. Since then he had made the topic so hot and too full of post then poor fella who had to come all the way home from on vacation to find a big flood of posts here. It is not very appreciative at all. It is just too comprehensive and complicated. Please don't do it again. Give them time to fix it for you. Casino is always 100% busy and only one thing they need you as a favour, please be patience. I have learnt from experience that most of live chat I have to be patience too, same thing. I told them no worries, just take your time, I can wait do other task on the computer till I get reply.

My recommendation is, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE!!!!!!!!!! keep all your live chat, your email and pm in private and do NOT post here in public place. This is a private business discussion. We don't want to know too much information. If you have further problem after having no success with PM with rep, then jump on here and ask for advice but again do not post any of those private stuff. Just ask for advice. If you are told PAB is the only way then do it so and do not further post until PAB is completed. So Max and Bryan can have a good look at it and then will decide what next action will be.

Unfortunately, most likely scenario since start of page one here, you will have likelihood of banned from here due to several time you were told not to post private stuff in here, and you were told not to defame the casino, you were told not to use a whole sentence of screaming large caps, you were told not to post repeatedly. Casino have red flag you have several account since moderator found out and you have not told the truth whole time. This is not cool at all! It makes casino very worry and make us really worry too. It is very stressful time. You have to learn a hard lesson and think from the past and what to correct from mistake you have made, just come clean, get rid of several account in one casino, just be patience when required, be constructive and do not be rude to others in here. If you have really come clean, then thats fantastic. I would be appreciated, so everyone would. So good day to you, good luck in sorting it out yourself and come back again one day when that is clear. Maybe you might be extremely lucky if moderator decides to let you still come here.
 
I understand but when I see someone saying that they have a Official statement from deckmedia and really I will same the name cheetahwind. No one says a word about that statement. I have never once said official I just posted a chat as saying I was told this so that way I cant be called a lair. And I dont appreciate someone saying I did something (chargebacks) when I didnt making me look like I'm the bad guy. I might not have much but the 2 things I do have is my integrity and my word.

I can abide braggers, I can put with whiners (most of the time), and I can tolerate childish insults.....but one thing I cannot stand is LIARS.

Personally, I hope you get kicked to the curb, if not for the chargebacks themselves, but for lying to the members, some of which actually swallowed your deceit and supported your cause.

If anyone wants to know why I view just about every complainant with suspicion and caution.....well, Wiccan is a great example.

I would hate to see you put your foot in your mouth like I said I have only had one charge back in all my time playing. And as I said I want this proof of charge backs and multiple accounts.... Until I see proof of these so called allegations... If I had multiple accounts chargebacks ect.... I have been with deckmedia for years with no problem and other accredited casinos as well for years why did it take them years to close my account and take my deposits and pay me withdrawls... I want Max to give me proof especially since a few days ago when I acquired if he heard anything I was told

You've told us that you didn't chargeback at all. You made a chargeback at a RTG casino, what do you think other RTG's think of that? They don't know that the rogue outfit GVC cheated you, they only know that you made a chargeback at another RTG casino.

That system blocks genuin players as well. That's the problem, winning players... :mad: I don't know how the system works now but before it was like you couldn't even have bonus money at two Rival casinos at the same time.

Yes I know - I am one of the "Globally Bonus Banned" players at Rival :mad:
The only thing I did wrong was have the audacity to win a relativity SMALL amount with a series of bonuses way back in 2010.

The Rival operators don't like this system either, because they know it drives some players away, giving the casino no chance to win back their losses and stops new players depositing when they see "No Promotions Available" - but Rival usually stick to their guns on this.
There are a few independent Rival casinos who get round this somehow, and do still offer bonuses to me.

AFAIK you can have more than one active bonus at multiple Rivals at the same time, but can only CLAIM one per hour. (This was definitely true several years ago - I'm assuming it still stands).

Wiccan, if I were you, I will not argue with moderator and the rep here. He said he will not go into further details. Enough is enough. Time to move on and go somewhere different casino that is not part of RTG. As long as you are sticking to the rules.

You have not been honest with us - it's a bit more complex than that. You have not only chargebacks, but are connected to another account which is multi-accounting (read player fraud). Credit card fraud and creating phony accounts can be defined as cyber-crimes. You also have two accounts in the forum which will be closed permanently.
