I may be new to casino marketing but i didnt think i was stupid up to now - am i missing something ?
(the admin adj is unpaid commission from their previous back office)

I don't think you're the stupid one here - their reply obviously is!

Unfortunately you have learned the hard way (the same as me), that these guys are not only inept, but also not to be trusted. I promoted them for a while, but once I had evidence they were shaving (de-tagging players I referred) I gave then the boot.
They still owe me $110 too, going back a couple of years, but to be honest I can't be bothered to chase them for this. I don't want anything to do with them.
They also have NCO which is very bad news for small affiliates, which you seem to be, going by your earnings.

My advice is try to get your money, then dump them and look for reputable affiliate programs to work with instead.
If you can't get anywhere yourself, you could try Pitching-A-Bitch - but I'm not sure if CM would accept it as one of their main brands (Mansion Casino) is on the PAB No-Can-Do list.
