With the next relaunch (coming soon) we will be allowing many of our members to include their ratings as well. When the smoke clears we will have ratings from me (CM), the Meister Minions, and senior members and above. You can chose which one means the most to you, and go from there.

Why was my thread closed down as soon as legal text showing 32Red are liable was quoted from the UKGC guidelines? Surely, I have the right to discuss this further with people in regards of what routes I can take.

The last few pages of that thread are absolutely annoying. I told you to just be quiet and stop going on and on and on about things. You were posting all kinds of screenshots from every where else, trying to shame them into getting what you want. They were going to get back to you later today but you had to just keep posting like that. When you act like that, members lose the willpower to side with you.

When you start going down the route of legal action, IBAS, UKGC or anything like that it should be kept discreet as you can prejudice your case by speaking publicly. You are also posting stuff 32 Red sent privately to you which crosses another line, not really on, is it? At the end of the day you have come on here and other forums just trying to take, take, take and garner support to help your quest for refunds and when it's sorted out we won't see for the dust, will we?

You really should avoid posting any more about this now and please don't turn this into another thread about it or you may be sanctioned here if the mods see it. By all means come back when it's sorted and tell us the outcome, but we don't need every bit of minutiae as you proceed. You could have PAB'd and done it discreetly in the first place and then we wouldn't have had the torture of that thread for days. I just hope you are responsible with any monies you have/do get back.

Yes Indeed but some take it to the next level and use this as a tool to "get their own way"

It then becomes hard to determine which is relevant, which is not and also ends up going around in circles, achieving very little.

With the above in mind, I have to agree that the closing of the thread was the best course of action. The OP from the other thread has been offered alternative avenues to continue his "mission"

I agree, but the judging has to stop when it comes to threads like this. No one knows, so pretending you do know is BS. I'm glad Bryan ended it when he did.
