who should configure the bonus?

Hi All
A question in regards to organization

For an operation that has sport and casino product and , of course, both needs bonus configuration...what will be from your experience the best approach

1. head of casino runs product and ops guys where ops guys are configuring the bonus for casino
2. head of casino that runs the product but the bonus configuration is done by other standalone team that gives bonus-config "services" both to the casino and sport verticals

what will be the cons and pros of both

I don't care if the canteen lady does the bonuses as long as they're the bomb.

As much as I'd like a designated team that caters to bonus structures, I don't think casinos would designate such tasks. If anyone thinks outside the box with special promos its usually the individual reps found on here
