Does anyone know who owns or has controlling interests in WhatCasino.com?

I've been receiving their horrible "What Casino?" newsletter for about a year. I didn't consider it spam at first, because the address they were sending it to is one I only give out on my business cards. But I have since tried to "unsubscribe" per their instructions to no avail...

Naturally I can just "filter" this into my trash, but I still want to know what jerk is spamming me (and probably countless others) with their mostly useless adver-letters.
