Who has done Grand Virtual Casinos here and played BJ?

This issue is regarding Casino Treasure (and all GV sister casinos for that matter).

Did Vegas BJ (or European or Double Deck) qualify towards your wagering requirement?

Or was it Vegas BJ Micro Stakes (or European or Double Deck) only?

I played for ~1 hour, bet between $5-$20/hand, and wagered close to ~2500, but support tells me that I've only wagered $8 because Vegas BJ does not qualify (only Micro Stakes games qualify).

1. The rules are unclear, and leads me to believe that any type of Vegas BJ game is allowed. It says "Vegas Blackjack - all Micro Stakes games". If you really wanted players to play Micro Stakes, you would put the word 'only', or even take out the '- all' altogether.

2. Why would the casino allow us to do only risk-free bets as opposed to higher bets? Doesn't make much sense. Would you rather players play cheap and bet $0.50-$1 per hand to retain the maximum bonus, or play big and bet $5-$20 per hand?

So to anyone who has played non-Micro Stakes Vegas BJ at Casino Treasure (or any of the GV casinos), please help me out here. I am 90% sure that $10 bets at Casino Lux Double Deck BJ qualified towards the wager total, but I need confirmation.

I did, but she gives me the same answer as support. It leaves me no choice but to request aid from other players. I want to confirm that other players played BJ and were limited to just Micro Stakes.

I have talked to other players and they have confirmed that they were successful in qualifying eligible BJ non-Micro Stake wagers towards the playthrough. One of these players include aka23. I think I am being played here (and someone else from another forum has the same issue). Can this issue be elevated?

Grand Virtual Network Blackjack policy

I wanted to post this so that others looking for an answer would have it. On December 4, we changed our bonus terms regarding Blackjack. (FYI: mtx created an account at Casino Treasure on Dec 6) All blackjack games except those at the micro-stakes level are excluded from fulfilling the PTR requirement.

Almost 100% of any problem postings we have on this forum have to do with blackjack and bonus hunters, so we have decided that since there are so many people bonus hunting and playing blackjack that we will remove it from being eligible for the play-through requirement. We still allow it on micro-stakes to give new players a chance to try out the game and see if they like it.

You can find the bonus policy link on the homepage of every casino. The link for Casino Treasure is

These policies are the same on every casino on the Grand Virtual network.

Mtx did point out that the micro-stakes wording may not be optimal, so we are planning to make it 100% clear by stating that it is "only for micro-stakes". Thanks for helping us with that!

Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions. I will be traveling tomorrow and going to a destination with poor internet connectivity, so I may not be able to get back to you until Monday but I will try my best to login.

It is nice for you to clear everything up now, but it doesn't change the fact that at the time of me signing up and playing, the terms and conditions were unclear. And as far as I know, your terms and conditions were the same a week ago. Nothing has changed. Even when I go to the site now, it still says "all Micro Stake games". If you were really serious about stopping "bonus hunters" or BJ players, you would ban the game altogether. Now, with the "Micro Stake games-only" implementation, you will have grinders instead of gamblers. Anyhow, the point of my thread wasn't to talk about how to run a casino. All I want is some consistency and possibly a solution. Thanks.

Update: I'm going to be the bigger person and just drop the case. I wagered another $3000 your way and requested a withdrawal. My money is needed else where and I can't sit around waiting for support to do something. Hopefully there are no problems withdrawing.

mtx, it doesn't sound like you're being mature about this issue, sounds like you're pouting over spilt milk.

The GV bonus terms sound like MG's 2-10% counting of BJ's variants. My understanding is micro stakes is up to $5 per hand, says so in the GV software, but I guess you could double and bet up to $10/hand, with 3 simultaneous hands?

About change of terms, you may want to clear your cache, as AffiliatedWeb said, things changed recently. Maybe aka23 played before the changes took effect?

If there's a lesson to be learned, follow the CM's advice, make sure you read through the bonus terms and that you understand them before playing iffy games like BJ! Also, come on now you're just being picky...as if you couldn't figure out that "all Micro Stake games" meant those exclusively.

What is the point of your post? Go read my last post. I already moved on.

The definition of "All Micro Stakes" is arguable. To me, "all" means all-inclusive. It means that Micro Stakes are included in additional to the Standard games. Using "only" instead of "all" would make it 100% clear. There is a difference. I should have contacted support to confirm, but they have no telephone # and email support takes 2+ days to reply. Lesson learned for me.

Jennifer, I checked the wording and it's still the old - all micro stakes games.

Are the changes still planned? I wonder about the integrity of a casino rep saying they'll respond to a player's concerns and then not following through
