1. Player wins - never a comment.
2. Player loses but plays for hours - never a comment.
3. Player wins, keeps playing until he spunks all the balance, repeats this over and over (remember even if the games had a RTP of 99.5% you would bust if you kept going) and therefore never cashes out - player then howls in protest on forums that the slots are rigged!

How are customer services supposed to react to this accusation, other than tell you they have no control over the RTP and the games are RNG rooted and held on an independent server??
