I am fuming , No explanation to why the funds were not auto credited like they should have been but in some vague way admitting they should have been by saying they would if i hadn't of played my deposit . So they have cocked up and not even had the decency to appologise never mind credit what i was due .
When us players make a deposit its for some entertainment ,There were 7 hours between my email and the response so they are basically saying , If you wanted the bonus money that should have been given to you automatically you should have not played all night and we maybe would have eventually given it to you
IMO its just not good enough ,I feel i'm being punished for their mistakes and they have not completed their side of the agreement ,
We're only talking small amounts of money luckily but this is more an in principle thing and the lack of basic manners in not appologising and taking responsibility for their own mistake ,Trying to make me out to be the guilty party is just extremely bad customer care and has put me off playing there again .
