Got an email advertising a promotion ,

Top-Up your account today with the Weekend Top-Up bonus. If you haven't used the Monthly Reload bonus yet, make sure to use that as well for a total of €80 in casino bonus.

Deposit with: JANWTU3 and receive 50% up to €30.
Deposit with: 50JAN and receive the Monthly Reload of 50% up to €50.

The bonus code JANWTU3 expires on January 17, 23:59 CET.
The bonus code 50JAN expires on January 31, 23:59 CET.


So i decide to make a small deposit and use the code 50JAN for the monthly 50% bonus , i deposited 25 euros ,( above the min deposit ) .
deposit went though fine but no bonus funds are given , I go onto live help but its not live so i leave an email explaining what happened and go about playing my original deposit ,
I log in in the morning expecting the extra 50% o have been given to me by now but account still empty , I check my emails and see this ...

I am fuming , No explanation to why the funds were not auto credited like they should have been but in some vague way admitting they should have been by saying they would if i hadn't of played my deposit . So they have cocked up and not even had the decency to appologise never mind credit what i was due .
When us players make a deposit its for some entertainment ,There were 7 hours between my email and the response so they are basically saying , If you wanted the bonus money that should have been given to you automatically you should have not played all night and we maybe would have eventually given it to you

IMO its just not good enough ,I feel i'm being punished for their mistakes and they have not completed their side of the agreement ,
We're only talking small amounts of money luckily but this is more an in principle thing and the lack of basic manners in not appologising and taking responsibility for their own mistake ,Trying to make me out to be the guilty party is just extremely bad customer care and has put me off playing there again .

twice i spoke to live chat and trough mail twice, had to wait over night once
but unlike you i never touched the balance.
but sure would like to have this fixed it does put you off a bit if you have to wait over night for the bonus.

I'd have no problem with this if they told you before hand that if you play your not going to be given the bonus money , OR that it wont be given auto and you have to ask for it OR not to deposit during out of hours for live chat as you wont get your bonus funds ,

3 different things they could mention as a warning and 3 different things they choose not to all ending with losing players like myself , Obviously they would rather deprive customers a small amount of entitled bonus funds then have customers at all , Don't understand it myself ,Poor system set up . I won't miss playing there ,
Also currently on my third email conversation where i have asked to have my account closed , They ignored the request completely in the first email and in the second said they need more information first , the information was an explanation of why i wanted to close it ....... , Again surely this is bad practise , I shouldnt have to give an explanation to anyone , right ?
 
Same thing happened to me last night at RedBet took 50% offer - but was not credited - had to go to live support who did manually add.

Pisser though for those who dont know - seems like the system does not auto credit any bonus now.

This was a rare take for me and made squat difference as I did bust out super fast. Still they should I think credit the OP with the bonus - as he had opted in.
 
yep you guys aren't the only ones , seems something to do with the main page , its been doing it for a while now , spoke with Finn the rep to inform him i was having the same problems not just that either the free spins higher amounts they don't work either . im sure they shall sort it , Cs should honour it though ,due to the fact it clearly isnt the players fault , i dont bother with Cs any longer , i have another contact but doesn't help with other players.

Whitebet had numerous times were they could have appologised and fixed the problem and all times they refused and it seems only when getting negative press on here do they offer any type of solution , I appreciate it but as i told Adam that bird has flown .

Seems a shame that this has happened to numerous people and has been happening for sometime without the problem being fixed ..... , But why would they bother fixing it when it seems it works very much in their favour ,
Send offers to players , wait for them to deposit then deprive them of said offer ,They get the custom but don't have to dish out any freebies .Its a disgrace really but shows there true intent and will keep me from playing there again .
I'd encourage everybody else to do the same as with the likes of Casumo and Videoslots out there why bother putting up with this type of thing
