Hi guys
Just wondering if anyone has had any dealings with this casino? I have made a withdrawal request for £300 so will see if it arrives however, they advertise 1st, 2nd and 3rd deposit bonus' however I've only received the 2nd one for some reason.
Also after making the £300 withdrawal I then tried to withdraw £600 but got a warning saying I'd withdrawn my maximum for the week?? Eh?? Even though I deposited more than that!! So I rang the call centre and asked them to manually process the withdrawal for £600 and emailed them requesting it also but they haven't bothered and nobody has replied to me.
Didn't see them on the rogue list which makes me feel a little better but just wanting to find out if anyone has had any dealings with them. It's strange when you call up, you can't speak to anyone from there, they just email the department for you ...

PLEASE stick to CM Accredited casinos from now on.

There are so many scam sites out there, and you're learning the hard way.

I have a feeling this place is a rogue V1rtual group casino, but am open to correction.

EDIT:

Looks like a new quickfire casino with IGT?/WMS games as well.

Something doesn't sound right especially the £300 pound weekly max....
 
The reason they have to email other departments etc is because this "casino" is a White Label of Plus-Five Gaming.

Sounds like a bad idea, especially when the terms state that you can only have one account across the whole network, but it doesn't state what the other networked casinos are.....dodgy IMO and certain to trap the unwary.

The WR for bonuses is also 40xDB. Ouch.....and slots only.

The only reason I can see anyone wanting to play here is the bigger bonuses, and using this as your sole criteria when choosing where to play is asking for trouble IMO.
 
Yes I am aware of that but I know I definitely met the wr so no reason for them to not release the funds. I will keep you updated fingers crossed it gets returned
 
My other half has a pending withdrawal with this group of casinos... will let you know what happens.

So far he has only had good experiences with cs and playing the flash games :)
 
Thanks for the info Nicola how long ago did he make the withdrawal please? I made mine on 28th feb direct to bank account so we'll see when it arrives ...

He made it last night at about 9pm. The web site states they only answer e-mails and process withdrawals on weekdays so not expecting any movement until Monday morning to be honest.

Hope everything works out, they are financially secure but some of their terms are a little different than other casinos!
 
Just an update on this one - I got an email from them today saying 'your withdrawal will be processed in the next out batch payments at the end of this week' - so we shall see, certainly not the quickest as I requested the withdrawal on Thursday. Will keep you updated as and when :)

bear in mind, to some casinos, processed just means moved from balance over to finance, not necessarily out the door.
 
Withdrawal has started going downhill for us as well now, being dragged out and asking for very personal screenshots of online banking showing full account numbers etc - much more than usually requested by casinos and am very uncomfortable showing full account numbers, transaction data and screenprints via e-mail.

Going to give it another 24 hours and if we don't hear back, going to pass the file onto Lotteries & Gaming Authority in Malta :rolleyes:

Well, I've had an email saying my withdrawal has been actioned yesterday and should show in 3-5 working days so we'll see - I'll keep you posted
 
waiting patiently....NOT!!!

I withdrew 7500 on January 10, 2013 ( from another casnino, not yours ) and to date I have only gotten 2350.00...they have removed 2500.00 from my cashier at the casino...so I should have 1250.00 ( they split up my 2500.00 withdrawal) by the end of this week and then the other 1250.00 in about 2 weeks. I still have 2500.00 in the cashier that they haven't done anything with yet. so if you do get your money in 3-5 business days...please consider yourself lucky. If I don't get my money by the end of this week...I will P<A<B and let Brian handle it....I shouldn't have to wait over 2 months to get my money. Good luck to you!

My boyfriend is still in discussions about his winnings, doesn't look like he will get it this week. Listening into his calls earlier, the staff at e-Casino are very unprofessional and seem to suffer frequent amnesia :)

Always worthwhile sticking to the accredited list here, avoids all the hassle of getting involved with these rogues! :(
 
Hey hang in there - I got an email Wednesday morning saying that the withdrawal had been processed and it was showing in my bank on Friday morning
