So couple of days ago I deposited £2500 of my money nearly losing it but dramatically turned it around into £3129 with last lucky hits on roulette and side bet. I asked for a withdrawal only to log on next day banned and asked for P60 and tax returns. It seems they want to keep my money not replying to emails and completely locking my account. I do not want to send them my private tax details but I am fully verified. I have emailed the UK Gambling Commission and will call them tomorrow as well. I am quite worried they will steal my money and avoid paying me out. I would appreciate your advice on how to go about this.
