White Hat Gaming-confusing self exclusion clause?

Hey all.

So to start off and save the “you want a free ride” etc, no I am not asking the Casino for a refund I’m trying to get clarification on how White Hat Gaming casinos word their Self-exclusion policy. Is it to purposely dupe the SE players? Once a player chooses to self exclude from Dream Vegas, 21 Casino, Fruity Casa the policy states it’s across the “Network”. However unlike so so many other MGA and Great Britain Licensed Casino who have the software in place to screen out the players who have already SE on platforms(same names/emails/DOB etc)..White Hat Gaming does not. Their wording to me, is purposely interpretive. “You’re banned across the network but hey we won’t stop you from making deposits.” What is the point of the SE then? Looking for input, different perspectives as someone who deal with on going gambling problems, why do casino bother if they truly will still accept deposits but if you win, insist “oh well you did self exclude from a sister site”

Anyways thanks for any other opinions on the matter.

White Hat Gaming's Johnny Jackpot Casino is reviewed here.

If you signed up with a change in details, no matter how slight, you don't have a leg to stand on. That is classed as circumventing the system.

According to their terms, they will self-exclude you from all of their sites on the WHG network. There is mention of asking customer support for a manual self-exclusion if you struggle with the automated process. In both cases, you should receive an email confirmation that the self-exclusion has been successful.

It also states, in no uncertain terms, it's a two-way street, with the onus being on you to not re-attempt to use your account or try and gamble.

Yeah so that’s there is my issue, not a single number/Letter off, even identical username. I received a confirmation email of the exclusion along with “you are permanently banned from the network.” So I do end up talking to the chat rep and bring up the concern of my past account at Dream Vegas which was a self exclusion not a closure, and she states yes I was allowed to play on the platform, so I am truly baffled in the aspect of “does SE mean a dang thing?”

The first thing I would do is to get some help or support. If you're finding it hard to not gamble, get help.

Secondly, put in a complaint and see where it goes, but I wouldn't hold much hope in getting anything back I'm afraid. I do sympathise, a network self-exclusion should be just that, especially with identical details. I suppose one argument for the casino would be why did you come back to them after knowingly self-excluding. Why not go to another network/casino where you are not excluded if you want to play and be sure of collecting your winnings.

Some might say you have tried to pull a fast one - gamble knowing you are self-excluded with them in the hope you can claw your deposits back if you lose - not saying you did, just saying that's an obvious question for some.

Either way, the first thing is to get help and support to kick the habit. You cant rely on these casinos to do it for you im afraid.

Thanks I have been going back and forth with the Reps, and no I didn’t request a refund of my fund I am well those are gone. My whole point is trying to understand how we are to follow the TC’s to a T but their entire Network does not have to adhere to their OWN written policies and terms? It always seems like a lose lose situation, and yes I do currently attend GA meetings it was a slip. Anyone who believes gambling addiction isn’t a severe problem, pfft, I would gladly trade places with.
