Where is Intercasino regulated

Hello,

Anyone knows who regulated license of intercasino and intercasino UK ?

Their website grandly says "we will abide by the laws and rules of the jurisdiction we opreate in" but no details about those jurisdiction is ever made known. It is related to Cryptologic / wagerlogic ultimately, but beyond that there appeared to be little information.
