Where are BetAT's jackpot (slot) games?

BetAT's website claims there is over £9.068 MILLION in progressive jackpots, yet if you search you won't find ANY of the Mega Moolah slots, or Hall of Gods, or Mega Fortune (or whatever it's called).
Unless I'm missing something? I've searched all over the website and I'm not seeing these games.

The only jackpot games they have are listed below:

You do not have permission to view link Log in or register now.

Going by the exact amounts appearing for a couple of those games, I'm assuming they are the same progressive. But even if they were all separate, those five games only total £51,553.17

Where is the other £9,017,506.83? :D

(It is the same at Slotty Vegas)

I questioned this among other things like GOT being the newest release added to an already limited lineup at Betat/Slotty. Invisible Man was a 2014 release but still not showing, for example.

The response I got at the time is that there were big plans for the new year, and to hang in there and see some new and innovative changes.

I trust in Betat/Slotty, and while we are already March....there has to be a good reason that no new titles have been added or incorporated.....there HAS to be something big just around the corner.

I trust BetAT as well, one of few places I have an account, but...

Big changes just around the corner or not, if the genuinely huge jackpots are not among the portfolio of games, then the casino(s) absolutely must not in any way claim that they ARE
That £9.068m jackpot total should not be proudly showing on their banner if the jackpots can't be won at BetAT or Slotty Vegas.

We're not talking about a few pounds here (any level of false information is wrong to begin with), it's over £9 million!

I'm glad this thread appeared in a way as one tiny tiny thing has been nagging me for a while now.

As mentioned above I do trust BetAt 100%

Partially mentioned above but for me its the Netent games

Recent examples such as Steam Tower and that crappy Pinata game, appears at all the other casinos I play regulalry, the emails fly out introducing the new games etc etc but nowt from one of the market leaders.....Not concerned in the slightest but very strange you have to admit eh:what:

Homepage

Hi Guys,

Homepage aggregation should have been removed in all honesty. We have removed jackpots as we are overhauling our game engine and internally some calculations weren't working. We need to sync up with MG however for now it was easier to switch them off.

I'll tell the tech team to pull the aggregate from the homepage (reason its there is because its still being fed from MG itself). It's hardly a case of false advertising though, lets keep our hats on ;)

Thanks

EDIT:

As for new Netent releases. We are not in position to keep up due to some pretty large game integration going on, which are limiting our ability to update our game engine. For now, we'll have to just stay with the good old titles we've all learned to fear and love.

Thanks.

Well if it was consciously kept there by BetAT (fully in the knowledge there are no mega jackpots) until I brought it up and made it *awkward* then it kinda is a little bit naughty ;)

But I like you guys a lot, so I'll let it go  :p

Had this been a rogue casino though, I'd have my pitch fork out.

Would you please inform your CS stuff. They don`t know nothing about this. Just talked to Sean.

With all due respect Jay, does the second part that I have bolded not seem like a slight contradiction of the first part I bolded?

PS I speak as a fan of your casino, one which I have recently started to play at. But I have to admit I was hugely disappointed to find that
Dark Knight was not among your catalogue of games, especially as seeing a jackpots figure of 9 million led me to believe that Dark Knight
would have been available for play. Note that this will not put me off from depositing in the future, because I will be playing at your place
a lot more frequently in the future.*

* One of the reasons why - BETAT was the first casino where I played Jurassic Park on Quickfire. It looks so much better on Quickfire
than it does on MG download that I may never play it on MG download again.

Honestly,

I'm not gonna pick a bone where there is none to pick :)

First part admits to a mistake, second states it wasn't purposeful. If you haven't sharpened your pitchfork in a while, i could PM you a few rogue establishments you can go after.

As for this thread - mistake noted, informed and will be corrected.

To answer your second part regarding the games available: what we are undergoing right now in terms of new content simply makes this an either/or situation. We cannot hope to bring you the new content without putting current on pause. I'm sorry that disappoints and we fully understand the consequence - unfortunately, we'd rather stay stable then break connections and offer error 2 games during this time :)

Thanks for understanding!

Have a great time!

The fact you assumed a specific slot was available to play at a casino before making a deposit is not a fault with the said casino, betat like every casino has a search function.

Yes I did assume that it was available. And yes, that is my fault. But I have to stress that my depositing there was NOT dependent on Dark Knight being available (I don't think I actually said in my previous post that my depositing there WAS dependent on Dark Knight being available?). I merely was expressing my disappointment
at the time I found out that it wasn't available. I can assure you that I'm "well over it" now, given that I have already made a further deposit since finding out. :)

Dark Knight's presence on BETAT's portfolio of games would only have served to give me YET ANOTHER reason to want to deposit and play there. Note that I DID take the time to mention JUST ONE reason (the fluidity of Jurassic Park on Quickfire compared to MG download - and I could have mentioned PLENTY of other reasons) why I want to REMAIN a BETAT customer and why I WILL continue to deposit and play there - DESPITE Dark Knight not being available.

Yet for some reason, Jay thinks I want to "come after his casino with a pitchfork" because I highlighted a minor contradiction?
I'm not sure where he got that notion from, given that I actually said I was a FAN of BETAT's casino and would continue to deposit there

Or maybe I've made another assumption and his pitchfork comment was directed at someone else.

Hi, i'd like to clarify it's not Jay typing. Seeing as you refer to Jay by his name, it kind of pre-empted the announcement of the rep change coming in on the 1st. I owe it to Jay not to use his identity in the meantime :)

In the next couple of days, during the change i took over and you're speaking to Igor. I felt it was a bit forky since i lead with "yeah, it's a mistake and will be corrected" and it was continued with persistence it is false advertising. To avoid going into a debate i concede - jackpot amount should have been removed from homepage. Realistically, jackpots are still there and can be switched on and are not permanently away, hence my take that "false advertising" might be a bit hard as a term since it implies dishonesty and that's not what we're about.

either way, i appreciate your good faith in the business. As mentioned, i already set the wheels in motion to have it removed as soon as the webbys are about in the morning. It really cannot be done immediately since its 1am and they simply don't pull the same hours i do :)

P.S. - game fluidity IS the reason we are behind new NetEnt releases and jackpots are off. The complexity of game delivery meant we could be running the risk of unstable and laggy games during the many engine upgrades we're undergoing. So, between a range of error 2 complaints and the occasional "hmmm, weird - no new games in a while" we chose the lesser of two evils. i hope that clears it up.

Im sorry but i dont think any post igor has made had the "come after his casino" vibe, there was a discrepancy, the CM has noted this, advised of his next steps to correct this issue. While i appreciate your saying its not affecting whether you do or do not deposit, your issue was self-admitted you own and had no real reason to be brought up.

i feel im being a little harsh over a minor issue, but you dont see many casinos as good as betat in the market.

This has given you a "super rare" glimpse into our world as players, and how WE feel when we are asked to notarise our documents, or get bonus banned. It matters not that the casinos assure us that there was no intention to make us feel like criminals, just as it matters not to you that most posters are trying to assure you that it was never the intention to accuse you of doing anything dodgy.

Next time a player bets a little too big, or plays a disallowed game, think of this, it could have been a genuine mistake, rather than a deliberate attempt to "beat the house". This goes for all operators.

It also illustrates a problem with the law. There is no allowance for mistakes, so whether or not there was an intent to deceive, giving the impression that a certain level of jackpots is currently available when they are not is still regarded as "false advertising". The reason for a breach only comes into play when a penalty is being determined by an authority, so that a mistake might be dealt with by a "slap on the wrist" penalty, whereas deliberate intent would be dealt with by a large fine.
Of course, this does not apply to motorists, where mistake or not, it's a huge fine or getting your car towed, whether it's a minor technical error or blatant disregard for the rules. Some players feel that some casinos behave in the same way, voiding winnings over the most minor technical transgression as a means to maximise revenue, rather than police a set of principles.

A problem with operators is that it's often "super rare" for them to check their own home page, and it shouldn't be. The same seems to apply to checking other player facing parts of an operation. A routine of "pre flight checks" should be built into the start of each day so that any errors with the content, or problems with the operation, get picked up quickly and hopefully corrected before most players even realise something went wrong in the first place.

Just my 2 1/2 cents: the last post on this thread is over a month old, so the confusion should have been long solved, yet today the site still proudly advertise 'total jackpots of €7,103,020.00'. Not a big deal once you had a chance to read the explanations, yet it may still feel not quite right for those players who do not frequent this forum.

Another question could be 'Where is BetAt's Rep' daily posts, always in 'top thanked' and readily available, not that I use their sites much these day but they always had a very active presence in the forum :what:

They were "top thanked" because of the bitcoin ransom incident.
They still have a very active forum-rep usually replying very quickly.
Just give him a breather ;)

lol, I am not bothered, just wondered that's all :D

They were in top thanked long before that ransom nonsense but I think the member of staff their end responsible for updating CM etc has changed
