when its time to change your casino

The part I can't understand is casinos spend money on bringing new customers that play seldom but the customer who loved them and played daily, depositing 100k in a year(maybe little longer), deposits thousands a week, stops playing after membership level problem and it's rewards.
I still love them but have understood they have different priorities from myself

Interesting comment would a casino prefer loads of new customers or those that are already established at the casino who deposit regularly

I suppose in an ideal world both springs to mind but it appears hard to get the balance right judging by some posts here at casinomeister.

But for me it must be customer loyalty that keeps any business ticking over let alone casinos......

Totally agree!

I have said this for years...Look after Loyalty and that loyalty will remain.

Sure you always need 'fresh blood' but that has to be looked at as 'added extra'

If I ran a casino I'd much rather have the 3 x weekly small depositor than the player who logs in once in a blue moon and deposits big :D
