Just these 3 for me
As a "bonus lover" I hate getting offers for something pathetic, like less than 50% and/or less than €/£50. And anything with stupid WR (more than Bonus x40) or Phantom.
Not getting any offers at all is even worse, of course.
At some casinos I just never seem to have a lucky run which lets me cash-out, while at others with the exact same games I often do get the luck we all seek!

I have never worried about cash-out times over the other important factors. As long as it's not more than a week, that's OK with me.

Closed my account at BetSafe because of an outage a few weeks ago (had just deposited and could not access the site after 10 minutes) and frozen reels after the outage had been solved (like 1 hours later I think) at Piggy Riches.

32RED group - very very close to leaving for good, reasons:
too long to get payed ?
- pending period
- no weekend cashouts
- last larger cashout (January) kept pending for 3 days and it wasn't weekend

- net loss appr. 30K in Jan-Feb2015 with partially very poor sessions, asked a few days ago for a manager review to have some extra chips, bluntly declined .... my purchase/bonus ratio is appr. 20% where in previous years 30% was no problem
- even stated that due to the high losses i couldn't deposit properly for a week and would appreciate some support, bluntly declined again.

Your list of casinos is the creme of the crop, but there are many others also, i loved videoslots but they suddenly decided that players from my region are no longer welcome. Their cashback is one of a kind as they pay you a certain amount, win or loose.
This is the only place I have seen that doesn't use this factor as the main point on whether to give a bonus or not. All the other i already am member at and play regularly. My complaint was with Verajohn as i reached manager level which is the top level and got a 5000points gift which cannot even be converted to cash. They were always nice and I am a very loyal player, but I stopped playing as the problem was that I felt they undervalued me.

With so much choice at there it must be hard for casinos old and new to keep coming up with inventive ways to maintain their current customers and to find new ones, so for me the company cs must be spot-on and you can sum that up quite simply in one word........QUALITY.

Bring back the days of x10 playthrough.......don't think we shall see that again....but you never know

exclusive to site slots are appearing more and more these days.....I for one would rather play a slot knowing that when you hit a feature you know your going to get a decent win out of it......sure it may take longer to get it but just would be great when you do you. Never forget that Casinos and Casino-customers have contradicting goals:
- Casinos want to maximize their company value (e.g. increasing market share, increasing profit-margin, increasing ROI etc.)
- Player wants to maximize playtime (bonuses, cashbacks, freebies, etc.)

The issues here reminds me on a graph of a book from Anne Coughlan, "marketing channels" which I allowed to slightly adapt:



The casino business is a very homogenious business meaning many, many casinos offering very, very comparable services (game providers, payment options, payment speed, customer support, etc.). Therefor the players have a strong position in the business-customer relationship. This is why we see all those juicy reloads, freespins, loyality-bonuses and VIP-schemes. The casinos try to get loyal players who play at their brand for years.

32red seems to have hit a critical point of growth and they are now slightly decreasing the quality of promotions and payment speed for the benefit of increasing company market-value (they are publicly traded!). It's still a far above average casino. Still we players will always have the convenience to just say farewell and go to another top-notch casino maybe they are forced to withdraw a couple of player-unfriendly changes. Who knows.

For me its when they are techinical issues this really pisses me off! Probably coming from a design / programing background I know that such things CAN BE fixed. Had numerous issues with a casino listed here in the past week or so. Finally gave up and stopped playing there because of this.

Also the breed of newer UK casinos that mix Bingo with casino games loads of them now I just don't get a good feel about them and have never had any luck.

Confuses me

The part I can't understand is casinos spend money on bringing new customers that play seldom but the customer who loved them and played daily, depositing 100k in a year(maybe little longer), deposits thousands a week, stops playing after membership level problem and it's rewards.
I still love them but have understood they have different priorities from myself
