    Hello all

just thought I would ask this question to you all

What makes you decide that enough is enough at your regular haunts and start to look elsewhere is it because..?

had enough of the choice of games on offer and getting board ?

terms and conditions have changed not to your liking ?

    ridiculous bonus terms ?

customer loyalty just isn't there ?

too long to get payed ?

or quite simply just had enough of getting rinsed ?

    or something else ?

why am i asking?....well sometimes i feel like that 70s tv program...the littlest hobo always looking but finding it hard to settle. Im quite sure people here will have multiple accounts at various casinos but quite a few people here will stick with just a few casinos of their choice.

Happy st patricks day to you all....:D

I tend to stay away when they offer nothing for your money, Recently just about gave up on a brand due to increase wager,

But I jump ship daily back and fourth, One thing that gets on my wits are terrible CS, Any one would think they have not even heard of a casino let alone working for them,

Spingenie is high on my list, Great casino but pity about the games selection but great working site, Always offers of some kind & maybe small but well appreciated,

    So, I change when,
    wager shoots up,
    Shit Bonus,
    shit CS,
& not being able to win a bean,
(bonus terms? There may just be an interesting thread very soon about this so eyes peeled)

Ready to give Spin Genie a shot soon as they get few more games Spintee.

They sent me an amazing offer last weekend 400% bonus with 'achievable' playthru but I'd already busted my budget for the week so missed it :(

Tried 1st deposit @ BetUK last night too what played smooth and wicked game play from the 10NDB but last night was total opposite, laggy spins, error codes and not a bonus round in sight :( - good CS tho

Thats why I am pretty sure free spins run of a different server? As all works well on free play as well untill you play for real, & also as netent games refresh after free spins so that's where my conclusion comes from that they defiantly run from a different server,

As I said be for all the sites under IPS, betuk, slotto they have nothing but errors

I often close my account at a casino if I go on long losing runs. I do realise that the game is the same no matter where I play it, but some casinos just seem luckier than others. I've never really had a problem with my preferred casinos and can't imagine having one any time soon.

I have an active account at BetAT, Slotty Vegas, BetSpin, and Casino Cruise. None of these appear to be in any way problematic so I'm happy :)

i recently switch from guts to betsafe and casino euro . i think they deserve a much higher rating .
Casino euro, 3 withdrawls at one day , had the money next day in my bank account , without fees.
bestsafe pays instant to skrill .
And they have all the wms games too and everything is running smoothly.
And they offer 100% bonuses and free money from time to time .

Just these 3 for me
As a "bonus lover" I hate getting offers for something pathetic, like less than 50% and/or less than €/£50. And anything with stupid WR (more than Bonus x40) or Phantom.
Not getting any offers at all is even worse, of course.
At some casinos I just never seem to have a lucky run which lets me cash-out, while at others with the exact same games I often do get the luck we all seek!

I have never worried about cash-out times over the other important factors. As long as it's not more than a week, that's OK with me.

Closed my account at BetSafe because of an outage a few weeks ago (had just deposited and could not access the site after 10 minutes) and frozen reels after the outage had been solved (like 1 hours later I think) at Piggy Riches.

Closed my account at CasinoEuro because of continuous login issues. I must admit, I am not among the most patient gamblers out there but gambling should be fun, not a pain in the neck.

Well, and I closed my account at Guts because of multiple issues (we all know which issues), but when they move to another software provider, I will definitely go back to them, they were awesome!

    Points and levels

Advise of all would be appreciated ......
. One of the casinos I play at has I vip member system, lowest is what we r when we start and after huge time and money spent playing trying for the top level, , expecting what is normal from top rated casino where my deposits. Are. $100,000$ was a great hope and boom, i get the mail, congratulations u have reached top level etcetc and here is 5000points which can buy maybe a fifty bonus coupon.
Remember, loyalty should be different from other perks where u check both deposits and withdrawing. Win or loose I was loyal enough to loose to this casino.

When I saw 5000points,, i fell from the moon that 100k on and this is what. My loyalty got me, no Vegas, big. Prise, good. Match, I get 5000 etcetc like other places. Offer their top players decent things at least
I got pissed and dont expect. To go. Back even thought I loved. Them. And played everyday for a year nearly

AM I to emotional or have my expectations been to high or does someone feel me?

I stick to casinos that are good value for my money.

For me that means casinos with great weekly promotions and rewards. By value for money it also means to me casinos where I am at least winning something every now and then - this is probably the most important point when it comes to sticking with a place to play. I will often limit my daily/weekly deposits at certain casinos or self-exclude myself for a few months when I'm on a long losing deposit run but I always have the intention of coming back after the cooling off period.

I started off with spin palace where I had a great couple of months but then quit once I found this forum (for awhile they kept calling me up every week spitting the same rubbish to get me to come back - they even sent me quite a cool looking card in the mail complete with pop-up pictures just to tell me I had 15 free spins), moved onto 32red where I am self-excluded till next month due to just too many losing deposits in a row and my belief that spending all my slotting time playing MG only slots is not a good idea.

These days I spread my playtime between a few sites thanks to finding them on this forum and I have no intention of trying new ones out for now. I can only recommend you don't play at just the one site and play at various ones - spread your luck and if you losing you can consider it spreading your wealth out amongst good sites rather than feeding one over and over again.

VideoSlots - Selection of games - has everything minus WMS + Novomatic. Cashback + leaderboard and generally been lucky here.
NextCasino - Good selection of games even some unique ones - fast payout - also been extremely lucky here.
Casumo - Novomatic, Thunderkick, WMS + Netent - their selection of slots are great. Fun site, fun layout and they got some pretty unique promotions too.
Guts - Love their weekly promotions - no hassle withdrawals.
Betat Casino - Only managed one withdrawal out of maybe 20 small deposits but the site is responsive game selection is decent and their promotions are almost as good as Guts.
Royal Panda Casino - Play here every now and then when I don't feel like playing at Guts or Betat. Great site fast payouts and unique promotions too.
Mr Green - I only play $10 a week here - yet to win anything but looks a great site too.

Between all those listed sites theres usually a promotion happening everyday and if not I just play at VideoSlots for the cashback + leaderboard rewards.

The time when you start feeling more negative emotions when playing at a casino rather than positive is the time to move on. And I don't mean negative emotions when you're losing, it's just when you feel like you are no longer welcome. As for example, I've lost quite a bit at GUTS, but I still love playing there as they make me feel welcome, and like family.

I myself play at skyvegas and unibet at the mo as seem to be getting some success there as well as no charges for depositing or withdraws :D

As a rule to myself I never take any bonuses so no playthrough but thats just me.

Account closed at 32red as like so many other people here have mentioned, I cannot win a bean there, same as betat.

ive never had to use cs at unibet so don't know how good or bad they are yet.

cs at skyvegas on the rare occasion I had to contact them have been very good but I prefer to phone any cs rather then use the instant message system.

32RED group - very very close to leaving for good, reasons:
too long to get payed ?
    - pending period
    - no weekend cashouts
    - last larger cashout (January) kept pending for 3 days and it wasn't weekend
customer loyalty just isn't there ?
    - net loss appr. 30K in Jan-Feb2015 with partially very poor sessions, asked a few days ago for a manager review to have some extra chips, bluntly declined .... my purchase/bonus ratio is appr. 20% where in previous years 30% was no problem
    - even stated that due to the high losses i couldn't deposit properly for a week and would appreciate some support, bluntly declined again. :(
    - in previous years i would ask for some extra after depositing 400-500$, never a problem to get some chips or an extra 50% match on next deposit - presently, i deposit 1,000$ and when i ask i get offered a rubies top-up which stand already at 950 or so
    - downgraded loyalty tiers on 3 of 4 casinos with no warning
    - DOTD has to be claimed in 1 shot
    poor play
    - just can't make it to a decent withdrawal, the soon my balance hits the 1K mark it goes downhill big time
    - 10's and 10' of runs with 500+ spins with no bonus round

But nowadays since they are big enough, they don't really care if they lose some players, they can afford it and rather focus on getting new players in

    Videoslots
customer loyalty just isn't there ?
    - deposited some 3K with some rotten playtime and had about 110 in cashbacks from casino races and weekly 25% cashbacks
    - asked for some free bonus chips - bluntly declined, being told that i should play more to get cashback and get on the top in the casino races

    CR group
customer loyalty just isn't there ?
    - max promo bonus is 25% these days, used to get 100% and 125% offers at least once a month.

Sames as 32RED: nowadays since they are big enough, they don't really care if they lose some players, they can afford it.

So who will be getting my money from now on:

    Lucky247
    - flushing withdrawals
    - great promos, 50% up to 200 or even 300 chips for 5 consecutive deposits and that twice a week :D
    - never declined some extra chips after a few deposits are lost
    - free spins pretty much every time i ask unless i had a bigger withdrawal in the last 1-2 days
    - very good VIP support, i made it to Platinum within 1 month
    - 100 free chip (no wagering) when i achieved Platinum

    CasinoLuck
    - fast payouts
    - good promos

    Wild Jackpots
    - flushing withdrawals
    - will direct even more of my gaming to them if they introduce weekend processing as mentioned by their rep, Gia, in a earlier thread
    - decent promos

    Engergy or Guts
    - have not decided yet, as i am looking to make my choice for second browser based hang-out

Your list of casinos is the creme of the crop, but there are many others also, i loved videoslots but they suddenly decided that players from my region are no longer welcome. Their cashback is one of a kind as they pay you a certain amount, win or loose.
This is the only place I have seen that doesn't use this factor as the main point on whether to give a bonus or not. All the other i already am member at and play regularly. My complaint was with Verajohn as i reached manager level which is the top level and got a 5000points gift which cannot even be converted to cash. They were always nice and I am a very loyal player, but I stopped playing as the problem was that I felt they undervalued me.

With so much choice at there it must be hard for casinos old and new to keep coming up with inventive ways to maintain their current customers and to find new ones, so for me the company cs must be spot-on and you can sum that up quite simply in one word........QUALITY.

Bring back the days of x10 playthrough.......don't think we shall see that again....but you never know:D

exclusive to site slots are appearing more and more these days.....I for one would rather play a slot knowing that when you hit a feature you know your going to get a decent win out of it......sure it may take longer to get it but just would be great when you do you. Slot games that pay very little or nothing at all when you get a feature for obvious reasons are disliked very much and for me I cant help but view the casino itself with frowned eyes for having such a poor slot.....I know its wrong and nothing to do with the casino itself......I normally shut up shop and move on to a different casino when that happens, Knowing full well that the same thing can happen again. I suppose its something psychological but that's me.

Never forget that Casinos and Casino-customers have contradicting goals:
    - Casinos want to maximize their company value (e.g. increasing market share, increasing profit-margin, increasing ROI etc.)
    - Player wants to maximize playtime (bonuses, cashbacks, freebies, etc.)

The issues here reminds me on a graph of a book from Anne Coughlan, "marketing channels" which I allowed to slightly adapt:

when its time to change your casino: 32red_marketing.jpg,Mar 19, 2015

The casino business is a very homogenious business meaning many, many casinos offering very, very comparable services (game providers, payment options, payment speed, customer support, etc.). Therefor the players have a strong position in the business-customer relationship. This is why we see all those juicy reloads, freespins, loyality-bonuses and VIP-schemes. The casinos try to get loyal players who play at their brand for years.

32red seems to have hit a critical point of growth and they are now slightly decreasing the quality of promotions and payment speed for the benefit of increasing company market-value (they are publicly traded!). It's still a far above average casino. Still we players will always have the convenience to just say farewell and go to another top-notch casino maybe they are forced to withdraw a couple of player-unfriendly changes. Who knows.
