Hey Guys,

as you know i like to do bets between 3-4$ usually, i did play a lot at Rizk this weekend... I just get the same feeling at Rizk that i also got at CasinoHeroes (former CasinoSaga). Those wheels are not really good for mid/high rollers.

I'm at level 20 now, best thing i've got were 15 super spins (= 15x 1$ spin), usually i get a few free spins or 5$ at every level.

So i see the excitement with those Jackpots etc. that are possible to hit but overall i just get the feeling this is only cool for low rollers that invest pretty small amounts.

There are so many casinos giving you quite big VIP treatments if you deposit 500-1000$ at least a months, and Risk etc. they just give you the wheel which gives you a few dollars.

That would be a nice gimmick if these casinos would run promotions as well, but as it feels on Rizk they have the wheel but not really any other regular match bonus offers or similar. And if this as a gimmick replaces other promotions i think it's a bit cheap.

What is your feeling?

I just know many casinos that after i deposit quite a few times come towards me in a way like "You deposit often we give you more offers" and here it's more like, if you deposit more you get the wheel more often, but i don't want to know much long it takes until you probably get 50$ out of this wheel at once...

Rizk Casino is an award winning Accredited Casino here at Casinomeister
As I understand it, the wheel is to create a built-in comp system and to avoid the complications associated with promotions like WR completion, Ts and Cs and such, and to make the casino stream-lined and simplified, by removing the headaches the forum and CS come across that all those promotions incur.

I guess what's needed is to insure the wheel parallels what you bet/spend and reward accordingly, which I'm guessing will come in time through trial and error.

Probably like most casinos, if you feel short-changed you can ping your manager/the Cap'n regarding a comp/credit.

Yeah i guess i could do that, but you know it's more like a general feeling. I like how everything is made, and the idea of the wheel is great. But without regular promotions the wheel is the only promotion there, and if you're a high roller and wager a lot and finally you made it through another level and then you get 5$ is just a bit sad IMHO :) And then after 10 levels you made it to the super wheel again and you maybe get 10$ or 20 free spins...

This is actually the reason why I passed on this casino.

Sometimes I like to highroll and if I have a rough session, I like to fall back on some kind of promos lol.

Just curious, if you like decent promo's why not play on videoslots? Their cashback, rakerace and My rewards is a pretty great return.

Ive had numerous weeks where Ive been given back $40 with no wagering (and thats from lowrolling) plus about 10 $5 battle tickets etc, free spins and cashback boosters. I dont play there anymore because of an issue I have with them but it looks like something right down your alley.

Hey there,

i do!! Videoslots is my favorite casino in the world with the coolest VIP Manager ;) But unfortunately when i took a break i used the self-exclusion option for 6 months because i thought i can re-open anytime with a waiting period of 1 week, unfortunately this is not the case (I do realize know that the self-exclusion function should only be used if you have a gambling problem!) so i need to wait a few months to be able to play there again. And i like to try some new casinos sometimes, and the wheel sounded really good, but unfortunately another low roller oriented gimmick :)

I am a low roller so this wouldnt bother me.
But I can see where you are coming from.
Only advantage you have is that you will level up quicker giving you more wheel spins.
Would be good if they can base the rewards on the wheel as an average of your bets.
Like if you usually do 3.00 a spin then your rewards should have a 10x multiplier against someone like me who will only spin at 0.30 or 0.60 or something like that

Yep! Exactly what i mean!

I mean if you get a 50% bonus on a deposit of 20$ you get a different amount then on a deposit of 200$....

What IS nice though, is that you can stack your rewards; so while 10-20 FS may feel like you arent being rewarded accordingly, you can bank and go them in one..well, go.

But I DO agree; the wheel should refect what you're playing by averaging out your bets. 5FS at a dime is fine when you're betting 20 cents, but if you're playing a buck or more, you'd hope your rewards are dollar spins as the base, and the top tier prizes bigger.

Perhaps an element to the wheel could be that, if you consistently fill a secondary jackpot metre with bets ONLY a dollar or greater, you can spin a jackpot wheel, where there's a viable chance to hit a C note or greater; maybe even a collected pool from players that contribute so it rests in the 100-300ish range

Yeah, i just looked what i got in the 19 levels i've done. The weekly raffle was a trip to the Ice Hockey World Cup 2016, but as we know winning such a raffle is not very likely with all those players. And i just imagine how long it takes to get through a level with lowish bets....

So 19 wheels:
9x 3 tickets to the weekly raffle
5x 5$
1x 10$ (on the extra super wheel at level 5)
1x 10 free spins
2x 5 super spins (1$ per spin)
2x 15 super spins (1$ per spin)

Lol, I'm not sure what you consistently bet, but for me - that's a lot of comps more than I get many places (particularly the super spins: $40, and the cash comps: $35) ...all WR free too.

Granted, I don't know what you spent to get those, or your win/loss ratio so only you know if you're inadequately rewarded.

I know what you mean it is not that bad! But you need to keep in mind that they do not have ANY other promotion except the welcome bonus (reloads or stuff like this).

But yeah, one phrase says "As higher you get as better it gets" so i will continue to climb the ladder and hopefully reach the comp heaven ;-)

I've had checked now too :)

I'm on level 33 now.

7 x 5 Free Spins
5 x 10 Free Spins
3 x 15 Free Spins
1 x 25 Free Spins
3 x 5 Super Spins
2 x 1 €
5 x 2 €
2 x 3 €

And 5 tickets to weekly draw (nothing won).

Hi hoff/all.

When developing the Wheel of Rizk the basic idea was to reward players regularly and the amount they "Rizk-ed" rather than whether they won or lost and therefore it should generally take around 25-30 minutes of play (dependent upon a number of factors) to level up and therefore get to the next level and therefore the next wheel. In addition to this we wanted to create a site that was as free from all the bullshit that comes with wagering requirements and causes so many complaints hence all prizes are wagering free - we could of course offer bigger prizes that come with wagering (as other sites do) which would make it look very generous but in reality that would mean that most players would only actually complete the wagering and be able to withdraw their winnings once in x number of rewards or have the bonus removed if they want to withdraw before completion of the WR.

The Wheel of Rizk prizes are designed to reflect your bet amounts (not win or loss) during each level. Each Wheel of Rizk has a number of different prizes and each one is selected at random as we wanted to add an element of anticipation/surprise/excitement to it.

We do have other promotions every week that run from Free Spins on deposit to double speed on the progress bar which allows you to level up twice as fast and in effect get double rewards and other promotions will be release as we move forward.

I played there yesterday for the first time and managed to get 3x 5 free spins on a 10c game.
If it reflects our betsize does that mean that us lowrollers always will get those low rewards? Or can we also get those superspins or free money?

I would accept that if I also would be able to have a reload bonus, but for straigt deposits I'm probably too spoiled at other places.

I can't speak to the odds or the maths, but I low-rolled on the lower levels and received pretty much a bit of each; raffle tickets, 10 cent FS as low as 5, $5 cash etc - everything but super or mega spins.

_____________
@ the Cap'n - a nice wheel reward would be a 100% bonus seeing as you've already a system in place for that (the SUB).
Make it win-win...win for the players having a dep match and WR same as SUB, win for you as you can set the expiry and $ amount encouraging another deposit. If you make them rare enough, you can battle dep match-whoring yet exciting enough for players at the prospect.

Ok, then it can be cash too :)

What I'm thinking is again that we have a place that are rewarding winners and punish losers. It maybe sound rough but it's still true.
We are counting deposits. That's the money we lose. If we're lucky, win and can wager more we get a lot of rewards, but unlucky then not so much.

I guess that's the world of casinos and we can also win huge so I guess it's even out. I'm actually up on most casinos that have Netent games so I'm not a customer they want maybe:)

I got the dreaded skull! I was looking forward to completing level 5 so that I could get super spins and I hit that bastard. Then I proceeded to bust out.

Now that would pee me royally off and will be the reason for me not signing up at this casino. What kind of reward is a kick in the teeth :eek2:
