No B*llshit at Rizk is pretty apt-I have had lovely chats with any Rizk team I have dealt with! Haha, I bet support (at many sites I bet LOL) wish they could get a Deal-with-No B*ll twits guarantee at work but hey that's same as any customer service gig really. Phone, email, person-everyone just be nice guys I never get it when members post transcripts on CM like OMG/Did they even finish grade school?/Liars/Cheats/How dare they not like have a refund policy... Ugh! Um, manners are free and I am sure we were all raised better than crude outbursts from behind a keyboard

Then, if they are not immediately shutting down every other open ticket to fix my little issue while arranging double-refunds clauses on any of my deposit losses as well as fixing up monthly no-spend rewards for my account, I never assume it's cos they are a half-wit, no-hoper or the casino is a fraud But Rizk, even with the no refund thing, gosh for me, they always appear to at least be trying to help me with a smile (I imagine LOL :bubbles: )

But.. When cool is thrown out the window and guns ablazin', ya don't have to be a jerk-ever. Um, swearing ugh, trying to outwit with incredible I.Q capacity/confusion/smart-arse'in ugh. I had an instance at Rizk where the FS Trade Deal was pretty much brand new and the poor thing had no clue whatsoever about any of it..So I thanked her for the time and to have a nice day-with the intention of checking back again or flicking the Captain a PM Later for guidance. I actually chose not to rant and question the employment requirements at Rizk even though they were clearly incapable right... Of course not cos hey she wasn't! Simple matter was, that some team were yet to be trained up due to shifts change/roster rotation etc etc-no worries, my post allowed them to coach them sooner than they might have
And--with 24/7 services, the turnaround/shiftchange/amount of different faces all the time, I am sure the 'Important: Mt Secure Trade is...' Memo may have not made it's way round the office yet, they should of added 'Urgent: Random Customer Pop Quiz Likely'. Seriously, could it of been a communication/explanation issue? Serious but Curemon, calm ya grammar radar down maaate assessing their reading/writing abilites! Yours wouldn't actually secure you a job by your standards either
Rizk usually, are more than helpful and and if they are not, the Captain is never more than a few hours of time difference away via CM, so many matters are always taken care off pretty efficiently I reckon!
