I would say Aspinalls. They promote a 100% bonus and a 15% Netteller bonus. After many requests I had neither. The live chat said "try again later the computer is slow" LOL

When aspinalls used Playtech, the management were CasinoBlasters (GoldenPalace, FlamingoClub, OnlineCasino.com) they were very good.

Lassiters without a doubt. Poor software I am still waiting for my withdrawal after 5 weeks

Luckily, I haven't really had any too bad experiences... I was fortunate enough to introduced by a website explaining about bonuses, and make sure I researched each casino before I sign up.
The old Ritz was good but.......

the new Club on the Park is my vote!
Took them over 6 months to pay me 100! And that's only with the helpful intervention of other players. Plus they ruined an already hard to get bonus!
lol, one less place to bother with........
