Had a great session there last night and made 2 WD's.
The first one was for €1250.00 and the second one was for €150.00.

Weird is that the one for €150.00 was processed after 30 minutes but the big one that I requested first is still pending.

Can't seem to find a rep anymore as I cannot find Casumo on the CM directory. (Was it Alex-Casumo?)
I know they were removed from accredited due to the affiliating spam issues but cannot find them in grey zone nor rogue section either.

So what is their status on CM these days?

Is it still safe to play here? Or should I forget about them?

Accreditation was revoked due to spam and misleading email / promotional material. They were too stubborn to do anything about it so bye bye accredited status.

Think they are now in the reservation / grey zone.

Alex casumo was the rep - think now you can contact casumo_affiliates.

I'd still say 95% that they are trustworthy, me and wife still play there problem free (touch wood!)

IIRC when I was VERY regular there, the larger withdrawals did take a little longer, always got them in the end though. (Longest I recall was about 15 hours, again IIRC)

Yes just had a chat on Casumo and explained the smaller WD's go automaticly so hence that was the reason why my second smaller WD already hit my Skrill after a few minutes.
He also said I should get paid my bigger WD at some stage today. :)

Got everything paid. :)
So I am cool with them.

Haven't received any spam e-mails from their naughty affiliates for some time now either. :)

well thats nice and illegal, if it appeared in a kids game then they are targeting under 18's.

If the tablets been previously used by an adult though, then there would no really be avoiding this would there, if they'd been on gambling related sites in the past without clearing cache etc?

Cookies mate,cookies.
If you have used the tablet previously and used it to play at a mobile casino website then this might happen.
I am nearly sure they do not come up just like that. :)

She can use it only 1 hour in day. It is not anykind of problem.

Kids use tablets all the time, even at 5 years of age. It can be a good tool to get them reading, educational games etc. It doesn't make you a bad parent, so no need to explain. In canada all methods available are encouraged to get your child reading and such :)

their TV ad seems to be more suited to getting the attention of kids rather than adults. If they made toys to sell of 'Casumos' I'd bet there'd be a few kids who would want one, and then ask, "what's a casino?"

Well given the tablet is mostly used by adults it can cause issues or make kids see stuff they shouldn't. Hence the cookies/ads relating to gambling.

You can get kids style tablets to educate kids, I don't ever see a reason why any child that age uses a adult tablet.

Just my opinon.

Casumo is still listed at Casinomeister - but they are in the Grey Zone pending re-Accreditation: Casumo Casino Review

I used to love a session at Casumo, but the payment fees really do my swede in there, to the point I try only to play at casinos that don't charge their players a fee. I get that there is a cost to everything, but the amount I was losing in fees, could probably have bought me a session at another casino.

God. I'm getting old, constantly moaning lol.

Permanently closed account

So I usually get a few super spins on a Sunday providing I've deposited recently.

Today they weren't there.

Emailed support (as their live chat never works for me on any device or connection).

They said they'd pulled them in response to customer feedback. Some bullshit about preferring their tournaments - never played them. Not interested.

Said that I wasn't happy and would they offer anything as a one off gesture of good will.

Been playing there for years. Regularly.

They said no. Thus they removed the only benefit of playing their site.

So permanently closed account.

Shame but if they don't value their customers then they lose them.

Don't recall any communication of changes and I certainly wasn't asked an opinion.

Poor form.

Agreed!

Too many places pulling decent - fair promos for these ridiculous race type promos.

Any promo which is wager / race based may as well have the following term

"Low rollers or those with rarely a pot to piss in, need not apply. We don't value low rollers anyway, they're more of a thorn in our side so kindly go and piss off"

General thoughts, not specifically aimed at Casumo as I was regular there but no so much these days.

3-4 weeks ago while going to work I saw a car that had Casumo.com written all over it. Do they have an office in Manchester? It was on M602 going towards Old trafford

Just curious

I figured they pulled them. Didn't bother going on to chat as I can already see the vibe down at Casumo. They have pulled all 80% valuables and replaced them with 50% valuables. Next the Sunday Super Spins were pulled.

it may seem they are more interested in running crappy reel races where probably 2 people benefit properly and they piss another 300 customers off because they are pulling other promos to feed their races.

My deposits go elsewhere until they remember WHY we play there to begin with. Great Idea Casumo (NOT)
