I find it odd that I've never really heard of this casino, yet they seem to have a good reputation here.

Who are they exactly? I went to open an account last night but then worried they might be affiliated to some other casino I had closed my account at (Every Matrix problems, you understand).

    Are they stand alone?
Anything else I should know about them?

Good casino and their sister site is LadyLucks.

I was playing very happily at Slotsmillion and tried my luck at LadyLucks (not realising it was a sister casino). Wasn't initially impressed with LadyLucks because as soon as I signed up, I started receiving spam from them even though I had requested not to. As such, I SE as I knew this would stop the spam. It then dawned on me what I had done once I saw the connection between the two, but Slotsmillion still honoured a withdrawal before blocking my account, which unfortunately they had to do given the rules.

Good casino and never encountered any problems there myself.

Good casino in overall!User friendly interface.I like their withdrawal locking feature as i know many gamblers who reverse their withdrawal and lose it back..
The only minus is that they do not have live casino.

Great casino for Aussies with a good range of slots and quick payments. My favourite casino at present.

Are they the same as the Alea group who have the land based casinos?

Yes, both Ladylucks and Slotsmillion are exemplary casinos, accredited and the only two at present under the Alea license. Pretty good with everything. Plus they bought me dinner in Berlin. :D

    Hi Valhalla,

Slots Million Casino = good casino (accredited here) sister with Lady Lucks Casino, both part of Alea Affiliates. No ties with EveryMatrix !
If I recall correctly, Slots Million even received CasinoMeister award of "Best New Casino of 2015" !

I can tell you that I've been playing there a couple of years until October 2015 when my country was no longer accepted.
Along the way I had many withdrawals in the order of thousands, each and every one arrived quickly and without hassle.

The only odd thing that ever happened to me with Slots Million was when I opened my account, shortly after I sent in my scanned personal documents (National ID Card Driver License + paper Bank Statement) for KYC purposes which I sent in by my own initiative previously to deposit (I told them I won't deposit if they don't confirm that my account is fully verified and that I will not be required any other documents as long as I don't change my home address or name). -- They also wanted to call me and speak with me on the phone. The issue was, they were calling from a hidden number and I do not answer calls with hidden numbers. This happened for several days until they emailed me to question why I don't answer their call. Then I entered the Live Chat and told them I have not gotten any calls from Slot Million but asked them to ring me again on the phone while being on the chat session. They did so, and discovered that the hidden number calls were indded from Slots Million support.

By then, I told them to never call people with a hidden number because most people won't respond to the call. They answered that they did not called from a hidden number. That was very strange because when I talked with them was from a hidden number and told them this. So, on this occasion, I would ask you Valhalla, to let me / us know if they called you from a hidden number or not in case they ever wanted to speak with you by phone.

    Keep it Safe,
    Denis

This thread prompted me to check out Slotsmillion again-I actually thought I was banned from there ages ago for beijg an Aussie.. Only problem is seems my accountnis still registered under an old email address and i dont recall the password! No Live Help either so that was a bit of a bummer but keen to re-check it out when I get it sorted

Made a deposit earlier and almost made my brain explode by taking the SUB (deposited £50 to try it out).
Going well so far, docs sent, spoke to live chat a few times... everything working as it should.

    Promising start.

You can tell they are growing because im starting to see a little bit of miscommunication. usually their team knows to cash me out no problems.

This time I got ID request. So I said why again. And then said we need photo of credit card you deposited with. I said oh no its ok I use prepaids and this has always been the case. They insisted. I was busy so I just said check with your management or whomever they will have it processed.

It got processed without further requests.

    Growing pains!

Made a deposit earlier and within about 15 minutes won almost £1200 on Dead or Alive :eek2:
Requested withdrawal and was alarmed by that Trustly system but read up on it and all seems legit. My account is fully verified so I don't envisage many issues.

    Will update.

Also love the "lock withdrawal" option (used as soon as I seen it). Should be standard at all casinos.

Its a good idea, never had to use one as i never reverse and never return to a casino until a withdrawal is processed,
