What's going on at Atlantic Lounge?

Hi - I'm just trying to find out if anyone is having issues with Atlantic Lounge Casino - I have been trying to contact them since August 29 about making a withdrawal and getting my member verification form to them. I have tried emails and live chat and I get nowhere. I was told on one of the forums that they have had a change in management but nobody at AL will even answer an email, let alone do anything for me. I'd really like to cash out the money I have in my account but nothing is happening. I don't like to badmouth casinos but I've been more than patient, I think. Thanks for any insight.

Have you tried sending a PM to the casino rep on here?
I noticed it was April since they last checked in but its worth a try. :)
 
I dont know what happen with you and just now I checked the Chat support and is working well at the website this our talks right now with them

I tried chat last night and was connected with Mary, but when I asked her questions, nothing happened. I kept trying and kept getting connected to Mary but nothing. I send emails and they don't bounce, but I don't get an answer either. I appreciate your trying it though! thanks!

More info on Atlantic Lounge

I have been dealing with an issue with AL since August. I have $1450 that has been approved for withdrawal. I have been told on 4 different occassions that i would receive the money (wire transfer) the next day. I have called all week and did the live chat route with both Mary and Sarah only to be told that the owner (JSJ) is out of the country, and no one has heard from him. He is apparently the only person who can issue payouts. They have no idea when he will return.:confused: I did PAB on Monday.
 
What? The owner is the only one who can authorize payments and he's incommunicado??? I just asked "Sarah" on chat when my documents would be approved - I finally got them through yesterday by sitting on chat until they confirmed they received them. "Sarah" informed me that there is no time frame and they'd let me know.

I'm starting to think that Atlantic Lounge is going rogue...if anyone has a suggestion, I'd love to hear it.

This is a transcript of my chat with Sarah this morning: (9/19/2007)

Sarah: Thanks for contacting us. What can I do for you?
Patricia: I am inquiring about the status of my withdrawal which was approved on Sept. 5. Has Jamie been located yet?
Sarah: No, not yet
Sarah: As soon as we have further information we will contact you for sure
Patricia: This is so not good! Why did you tell me on Friday that my withdrawal would be in my account by Monday.
Sarah: Because that's what it was suppose to happen
Sarah: But Jamie has not taken care of withdrawals yet
Sarah: Sorry
Patricia: Are you still taking in deposits?
Sarah: Yes
Patricia: So you are taking in money, but not letting it out?
Sarah: The system takes it automatically when you fill out the information at the cashier
Sarah: The casino owner is the only one in charge
Sarah: of payouts
Sarah: that is the reason
Sarah: Is there anything else I can help you with?
Patricia: I guess not
 
wow, I had no idea - I really thought Atlantic Lounge was reputable. I really don't have any hope of getting my money, do I?
 
I am still hopeful. I did PAB here on Monday. This advocate is our only hope. I also emailed Jamie in hopes he may return and take care of business.:mad:
 
The more I read the more disappointed I get. I also have a withdrawal waiting to be processed and have even spoken with Jamie on the phone. That was 2 weeks ago. He made me a promise that I would be paid on the following Monday and of course nothing has happened. How can his customer support not know where he is? How are they getting paid?
 
I waited for 1 hour and 15 minutes today for live chat, never to get a response. I then called into the casino, only to be told that Jamie is still not responding and there is no idea when he will return to take care of business.
This is not looking good, and I hope Atlantic Lounge gets Rogue status soon so this situaton can be avoided by future players.:mad:
 
They disabled my account a little while back with no explaination, asked me to contact CS, pbllt No thanx, they could have emailed me first... I never even used a bonus there:eek2:

But seriously, I've NEVER heard of a casino where only the owner/manager can allow withdrawals. I think this is just a line of BS they're using to stall payments. Don't they have a banking department that should be in charge of WD's?

An excellent point about processing deposits. If they know for a fact that they can't pay anyone until the owner is located, then they should temporarily close up shop instead of pretending that it's business as usual, and hoping people don't win while he's gone. Is there no chain of command in place at this company? :confused:
 
I emailed the casino a little while ago - anticipating a response. At least the emails aren't bouncing.
 
I did just email Bryan the facts I found out today. The customer service for Atlantic Lounge is just a Customer Service center. They claim that Jamie St John is merely a client and oddly enough, he insisted on doing his own payouts. I believe this to be true, as I did recive 2 payouts in the past that were wired into my account. They came from his personal bank account. This is so crazy and frustrating. The customer service center told me today that they will negate his contract if they don't hear from him by months end. Tom Davis is considered the Casino manager, but he works for the customer service center. To date, Jamie is still missing in action.:eek:
 
If you haven't PABd about this casino yet, please do. I'll collect them all and post them in the rogue section first thing in the morning.

Well as frustrating as this has been its nice to know that I am not alone....you know what they say..strength in numbers! Ive never really had this sort of problem with a withdrawal before so its all new to me. I do have copies of live chat conversations and all of the emails that I received before Jamie supposedly disappeared. I just hope this gets settled soon....thanks for letting me gripe and all your help!!!;)
 
Good luck all . What a crappy situation . I hope everyone stops depositing there until they get straightened out.
 
Yes, I really appreciate any help that we can all get - I'm also happy to know that at least it's not just me. I've never had such a frustrating experience with a casino that I thought was reputable. I will go PAB as well.

He pissed off the wrong person by not paying them, and got a personal visit? :D

That would definitely explain why he's MIA without a trace :thumbsup:

Either that, or he's broke. :p
 
I think you are right. He is definately broke. I actually deposited into the account tonight. Just wanted to see if they are still accepting deposits. All business is as usual with the money in.....just can't get it out. BTW: Don't kill me for depositing yet more money into this bogus casino. They owe me $1450 which I may never see.....I just wanted to see if this casino was still viable. Game over now....I am done! They still very happily take money...just won't give any back! SCAM
