    How 'bout a nice salad of mixed greens, sugared walnuts, grilled chicken, gorganzola, and mandarin oranges with an asian vinagrette?:)

    lol...the sugared walnuts are easy to make. Just melt butter and sugar and toss the walnuts in it. Put it in the fridge and you're done!
