    This being the most active gambling related message board, with a whole range of different types of casino players, it seemed like the best place to post the BIG question...

    What do the players want?

    We are trying to unclutter our websites, by bringing the relevant info to the front, and making it more accessible, while dropping irrelevant info, that's regarded as "not so important" to the back.

    What do you look for first when you reach a casino site?
    What information would you like to have served to you as soon as you reach the site?
    What do you regard as "less important" information?

    This info would help us greatly in creating a more user friendly experience for players.

    Anyway... just a general comment directed at casino websites (it probably doesn't apply to VPL):

    Please don't: 1) try to start a download as soon as I get to your website :axeman: Also, when I click on a bonus offer I expect to see more information about that bonus, not for the website to start trying to download its software. If I want to download the casino I'm quite capable of clicking on 'DOWNLOAD NOW'!

    This gets things off on the wrong footing as I assume before I've even played your casino that you're trying to cheat me.

    I agree with all of that. So annoying when the popup to download comes up when you are trying to navigate the site. This may not be important to other players but I would like to know more about the companies I am dealing with. When I click on an 'about us' link it just gives some vague information about how long they have been around. I would like to see a simple bio and pictures of the head manager and maybe CEO of the company, and more information about the business itself. I want to know who I am dealing with. It would just make me feel better about putting money into the casino. I do not really have any complaints about the VPL sites.

    Usually i check carefully all details in casino page, including "about us"-section.
    And i remember that 32red have this special "Meet the People"-site, like meister show.

    Btw, i apprciate, that casino start this thread. And i like to say about pop up's, those are really annoying, even i have pop up-killer, but it's not active everytime, since many "good" site don't use pop up's anymore.

    Your contest, vote, etc are so old some sites...
    I remember that there was few "this month contest-winner" or something like that in few months ago (before you update page in few casino site) e.g. in 777 Dragon-site. But your information about "this month" was almost 6 month old then. Always.

    And please say to your great support assistants (i mean that), that they sometimes wait 30 second, when i reply, since i don't write english so fast.
    "is there anything else...", "is there anything else...".

    Important: Some bonus money to all my VPL accounts, and i will search all "old" pages, mistakes...lmao :D

    I have played at numerous online casinos and I have to say that your group offers one of the best packages around. The signup bonus is good,excellent customer services and now the cashin period has been shortened to about 1 working day(at least for maple casino). Havent tried the others for quite some time. I would say that as long as you have good customer services reps who are willing to reason with the clients on all complaints/issues,that would be the best thing around. Large bonuses with low WRs wont stand the test of time.(sorry,guys). You are still a business,arent you?

    There is one point I would like to tell you about regarding your casinos, and it is not related to the websites. There was a complaint made in the complaints section about another casino (not a VPL casino) and it reminded me. I love your casinos and how fast you pay but the only complaint I have is the auto bonuses. It is a pain to have them removed and you should not add them unless someone asks to be on the bonus list for auto bonuses or asks to have them put on manually, as not all the bonuses would be of interest to bonus claimers especially the 5% credit card deposit bonus. Unless someone asks for it you should not add it, and I am sure you will not have a lot of people requesting it. Most would not want to be locked into wagering requirements for such a small amount. Other than that I say keep up the good work VPL :thumbsup:

    Without having to click more than one time past the bonus offer, let me know the wagering requirements and the excluded games.

    I would also like to see any/all sister casinos associated.

    Keep things simple and straight forward. When a casino makes you search for information, It makes me very wary that they are scammers.

    I too hate auto bonuses, personally as well as professionally.

    Personally I don't want to be trapped into wagering requirements, I want to deposit my money and play whatever I like.

    Professionally, I get way too many novice players screaming that the casino stole their money.

    Upon examination they accepted a bonus, didn't read the requirements, played their favorite game, won something and were not paid.

    We understand that it is because of the wagering requirements, but the novice doesn't. They go home and tell their families and friends that online casinos are traps and cheat.

    So - no automatic bonus! let the people choose! Make sure they know what they are getting into!

    I would like them not complain when a player plays according to *their* terms and then they ban him for not playing enough. Luring a player with a "bonus on every deposit" and then trying to push him to play more than the terms is poor practice. More on that in a separate post later today.
