ok,so i was playing with one of the acredited casinos,i dont want to mention names because i dont want to hurt its good reputation,i noticed its very popular so i gave it a try,i won some and lost some,mostly lose money,but once i withdrawn money,after couple hours when i tried to login i have seen this money returned to my play balance,i had 71$,so i cashout 21$ and left 50$ for playing,then when i logged in i see that all balance is again there,and there were no money in pending,so i tried to cashout again but it gave me error,i then contacted their live chat

person at chat was very kind and he said there is no problem me cashing out,i tried again and it gave me same error,i said to him,i have an error and i cant cahout,he told me he will cahout it for me,he asked me,how much i would like to cashout,i told him 21$ and i would like to have 50$ still on my playing account,then he did it and i had 50$ on my account and 21$ disapeared,i asked him since i didnt see any money pending in reversal mode,did he did it,he said dont worry,i flushed it,i said ok

then the next day i see i got money from them,but 10 euros,10 (ten point something euros,some small change) so i was thinking,its not big money,but 21$ is more than 10 euros right? i have online card reader so i can see directly who made what transactions and how much,date etc,all in detail,i now have pending cashout and i dont want to mess it up somehow contacting them regarding this,it can make a mess,i did record the conversation with him,admiting i have this balance

its not about money,its not that much,but what if i win very big amount of money in the future and i get different deposit as i supposed to get.

so my problem is this,its not big money,but its money,it bothers me because i like it clean,when i say to someone i will come at your place in 21:00 i will come at 21:00 i will wait that extra minute just to come at your place at 21:00.
if i contact them,i might mess my pending cashout,if i wait until i get cashout,thats then 2 cashout so they will be confused why i waited
so what would you do?
 
Just be straight up with them. Tell them exactly how much you withdrew and exactly how much you received and ask them why there is a disparity. If you don't want to go through the regular chat you can send a PM to the rep.

Just spitballing here, but maybe its bank fees, few months back i won big at betat, around $3000, upon withdrawing, my uk bank charged me for the currency exchange, meaning i lost around $100-150 of my winnings in fees, i wasn't aware of this, and all-tho betat didn't do anything wrong as it was my bank that made the charges, they re-paid my fees as they were in the process of setting up payments of my currency ( pound sterling ) at the time, its probly why ive stuck to this casino for the last 3-4 months as one of my regulars, as you say the casino is in the accredited section if it was bank fees, maybe they will take pity on you and refund you. as i said, spitballing, if it wasn't this, dont be scared, casinos are not going to risk tarnish to there reputation over $5, talk to the rep/cs, im sure this will be resolved.
 
Bank transfer related fees vary widely from bank to bank and from country to country, many of the fees have a flat rate component, like 3-5 euro, so with small withdrawals, proportionally the costs can get pretty high.

Within EU, the banks are allowed to charge only domestic fees for intra-EU bank transfers, but depending of the bank and country, even then it can get relatively high. I assume that since you played in dollars, they didn't have euros as currency option, which pretty much guarantees that their bank isn't located in EU, and with international bank transfers the fees can get even higher.
 
hi guys tnx for responses,i cashed out 6 times from them,5 times before this so i always got full amount i requested,only this last time when operator flushed it manualy i got less,i will contact them
