I have played at Unibet for some years now, and have deposited a lot of money over this years.

Now in July I have deposited for 6-700€, no cash-outs.. So I asked for a simpel bonus (freecash) like 2€ or some free spins in the NetEnt-casino. But, NO, they couldn`t give me that..

Unibet seems not to appreciate good and loyal customers. Very bad, bad, bad..

Turn right, then right. then right again
Depositing and losing doesn't entitle you to a freebie automatically, unless a cashback was offered beforehand.

Bonuses are not an entitlement.

Most casinos will assess your account status upon such a request to see if you are ahead or behind on an overall basis. It may be why your request/demand was declined.

If you don't like how they treat you then play elsewhere. Mind you, they obviously looked after you satisfactorily before now as you've played there for years.

2 1/2 years after this very same complaint, yet you still play there?

Almost every post you've made is about not getting a bonus at Unibet. Like Nifty said, bonuses are not mandatory on the part of any casino..and repeatedly starting threads complaining about the same thing borders on attempting to blackmail the casino into giving you a bonus you feel you are entitled to.

First of all: I have just complaint 1 TIME about Unibet in any forum, so that`s clear!

So tell me: When I deposited for 10 000-12 000 € in a year at Unibet, do You really think that ask for a little bonus as 2€ is to much to complain over? Okey, so let it be so.

If You don`t know: Unibet has a loyalitysystems for the NetEntertainment-casino, in the beginning of the mounths. And that`s good, but it not so good when you not can decide when you want to use the bonus. It comes at once when you transfer money to the casino.

BTW, I keep play at Unibet because they have the all, including Microgaming-casino. And if it has been as You said, that I think I am entitled to a bonus, I have quit play at Unibet for years ago.

But I understand that You are working for Unibet or something, so You feel You have to protect "Your" casino.

I thought the Casinomeister forum was for all people, but I don`t want to enjoy a casino-forum with "friends" of the casinos. So thank you!

Are you for real? Get a grip. Your fellow members were telling you that bonuses are not obligatory. You should try playing without one for a change. You may find it pleasantly "string-free" - play what you want, play how you like, and never worry about some absurd wagering requirement.
