Just a question to all. Do you base your withdrawal on a % of what you deposit, i.e. if you double or treble your deposit do you then make the withdrawal, or do you base this on your deposit size?
Over the last few weeks I have had a good run, and this has lead to a £3K withdrawal for an £80 deposit, a £500 withdrawal for a £20 deposit, and a few smaller withdraws in between. It could have been very easy to get carried away after the £3K withdrawal, and expect large withdrawals all the time, but I know that lifts like that are very few and far between, and I have even had a £120 withdraw on a £60 deposit - had over 2 hours gameplay and still doubled my money.
So what are the thoughts of the CM community, is there a level you reach either % or £ wise that you will automatically withdraw at, or are there other factors that you work in?

Basically I deposit and just play and withdrawals are not something I plan to do at a certain point.

At times I will deposit say £20, play for ages and then when ive had enough I will withdraw even if its only £40 in the account. Other times I will play and if I reach a couple of hundred I will withdraw most and keep playing. Other times I will just keep playing and either cash out more or lose it all.

Think it all depends really how you are feeling each time you play. If I want a lot of playtime then I wont bother thinking about withdrawing till ive had enough or some days you think what the hell ive doubled my deposit that will do and withdraw.

Pretty much same as Paul

My old style of play would be £20 or so deposit and if I got a good start (or had wagering on the days I took a bonus) I'd increase stakes from my usual 30p to 60p/90p bets, dropping back if luck stopped.

Upon clearing WR, say I had £200 I'd maybe bank £150 and leave £50 to play, a bit silly looking back.

Nowadays on a £200 balance (clear of WR) I'd bank £180 and leave the initial deposit value, staying at my low rolling 30p bets etc.

For me it depends on the deposit amount and whether I have a bonus amount. If I have a bonus on lets say 80euro and the slots are good to me I will cash out when meeting wagering. This way I feel I have enough play time. Without a bonus I usually withdraw it once it's doubled unless slots are running hot of course. I don't always follow my own rules and have ended busting out a few times when I should have cashed out:p So live and learn.

I would say set your self a realistic target before you start and if/or when your reach it or come close cash out. Of course slots are rarely good to me these days so I rarely cash out. I am hoping for a turn around soon fingers crossed:)

In land casinos my strategy is to either double up a ten-unit (usually £20) bankroll or bust. Failing that, if I faff around without doing either for more than an hour I just cash in what's left. This limits exposure to the game.
