What multiplier of wagering requirements is considered good?

As I can see, wagering requirements can vary wildly across casinos. Common multiples include 30 times and 40 times.
How high a wagering do you think is good for each type of bonus (free spins, no deposit cash bonus, free spins no deposit, deposit bonus, welcome bonus,...)?

Probably need more detailed as some casinos ony hold you to 30x times bonus,others tie you to 30x bonus & deposit, also is there a cap win etc etc, pointless taking a bonus if your going to capped at £500 quid or something

deposit bonus in the uk are becoming very rare,if you have a break for a couple of months then they will throw a few at you to reel you back in,anything above 40x wagering is pointless

I wouldn't touch anything over x40 william hill have been kind the last few weeks with 100 up 100 on Vegas with x10 wagering out of 6 offers I've only failed a withdrawal on 1
Free spins can be a mine field some casinos have zero wagering and no cap but then take white hat group they limit there's to a max win of £20 but then u can move on and wager the £20 and cash out What ever u can manage.
From Whst I've seen in the UK most no deposits have a max cash out apart from a couple of the big bookies and ive seen some with 100x wagering and £20 max withdrawal pffffff..
I'm normally a stickler for reading t@cs but ignored my own advice a few months back opened an account on fruit Kings £20 deposit match £2 quid into wagering my balance hit £1600 40 mins later wagering was complete with a balance off £1250 and in a blink my balance reset to £500 max withdrawal for bonuese which rightly pissed me off at the time but thinking about £500 for a 20 deposit wasn't that bad IMHO..
