Dear Members.

What is happening with Club World Group? I have played there since 2009. And suddenly last week a wihtdrawal of 800 $ was declined and my account closed.
I contacted the cashier with no answer, and then I contacted the chat, and they could not give me any answer either.

Not until I contacted rep. here, my withdrawal was released. But my account still closed.
I then asked why my account is closed, and today I have got the answer that I have not broken any terms and conditions, but they do not like the way I play slots when I take a bonus. So I am not welcome as a customer any more. Period!

I have noticed that withdrawal take longer time then before, and this last treatment, to be punished like this, for no reason, is alarming.

I am so dissapointed of this treatment, and my comp. points are confiscated aswell when they closed the account.

I think this is rougish behaviour.

Did they actually say that ? They don`t like the way you play slots when you take a bonus ?

Yes. This is an exact quote of the answer I have got from their rep here at Casino Meister: "The reason being the manner in which you play the bonuses. While you do not break any of the terms of the offers we no longer wish for you to be a customer of ours."

And this is about slot bonus. I only play slots, never any other games.

I agree with you. It is alarming if they have started to "kick" out lojal customers based on "how they play slots".

Even weirder that a rep on this forum has used this as an explanation. Looks amateurish.

They have the right to choose their own customers. But players needs to be warned if the case is correctly described from your point of view.

So they only want to have customers who have a history of losing on slots?

And this is about slots.
Not roulette, blackjack or whatever. But SLOTS.

Yes. If a casino think you have won to much (which in the end is unlikely, as the casino always has the house edge) they can stop sending promotions to you. That is fine, and more understandebly. But, like a thunderstruck, from one day give VIP treatment to close the account and say that you "play the wrong way" is about something else. Something fishy is going on. And I have not violated any rules whatsoever. I always read terms very carefully when I sign up to any casino. And this is a group that is supposed to be accredited.

I'm glad you got your withdrawal. I'd like to hear from Tom publicly, myself. This does seem quite peculiar.

Just out of curiousity, when you take a bonus, do you start betting large then when you have almost met the wagering requirements lower your bets? Not saying that there is anything wrong with that, but some casinos don't like it.

I don't like the reason why they closed your account either, I am waiting to see what the rep has to say. Things just aren't the same with this group anymore. I asked for my play logs yesterday, and I had over 300 spins on Realm of Riches without a feature, and almost 200 spins on Green Light without a feature. It was never like this when I first started out playing on line. Things have gotten so tight,(not just with this group but almost all casinos.) I have noticed alot of changes with accredited casinos.

I have a withdrawal from yesterday afternoon that isn't processed yet. It is a PITA now because if you don't win atleast 350 USD with this group and your from the US, you have no way of cashing out. Its just not worth it anymore.

Hopefully it won't take forever for you to get your withdrawal to your bank account, and a big WTG on your win.

Hi. No, I do not bet large and when I reach playthrough bet small. When I get a win, I use to higher my bet, and if I win on that, I higher my bet again. I play the same way with or without a bonus. Maybe I little higher bets with a bonus, because then you can afford it.

You sounds like a "dream-customer" for any casino. They love it when players bet higher after a win :D

Are you ahead in withdrawals compared to deposits?
If you've only deposited say $100 and withdrawn $8000 I could understand their position.
But as is so frequently pointed out here that is a very narrow minded position as a gambler is a gambler and will likely give a large chunk if not all of the money back to the casino.....and then some.!

Cheers

Well, in the long time running - that is playin for 3 years - I have no idea if I am ahead of the casino. I have been lucky a few times during this year, but this is gambling. I loose my money sometimes, and sometimes I win.
I have no magic spell that changes the RTP or the house edge. I play by pushing the button and win a peace of the cake that is ment to go back to the players like any player do.
What if I had won a Random Jackpot at CLub World? Is that an automatic kick out situation? And what about I would win the big jackpot of one of the progressive slots. Then I would be lifetime ahead of all RTG casinos. Should all RTG casinos kick me out because of that then?
When they send promotion e-mail they say " Here at xxxx we love winners."
And they have continual promotions, coupons you can claim as many times you want, and they even encourage you to claim it say 10 times to get a free chip.
This is a quote from "Manhattan Slots", one of their sister casino: " Get 50 $ Free bonus once you have claimed 10 same coupons of the day".
( I almost never claim free chips, though).
This is double standard. And very rude.

They have broken a few rules of accredited casinos:

* must not disqualify a player from a payout if terms and conditions are met ( they withheld my winnings until I protested here to the rep)
* must not use false , misleading advertising ( encourage to claim continual bonuses, and if player wins, punish the player)
* must not confiscate winnings for vague and unclear reasons ( declined my winnings at first, confiscated earned comp points, as the account is closed)

Very odd situation indeed..
Refusing winnings because they 'don't like' your playstyle is roguish and something I've only seen before at the rogue Rival 21Grand.

Ofcourse the have the right to refuse players if they want, but you should expect, especially in these times that casinos do everything in their power to keep players, not chase them away..

Hope the rep. here can clarify this situation?

Just a reminder.

The OP has NOT had their winnings confiscated. There seems to have been a misunderstanding in the beginning but it was rectified. I don't think the casino intended to not pay the OP.

The breaches of Accreditation standards mentioned are therefore null and void. The only possible exception might be lost comp points, but I've never heard of anyone having their comps paid out when their account is closed so IMO it is a consequence that the OP will need to accept.

IMO a casino can refuse action from anyone for any reason as long as any past winnings are paid, which is the case with the OP. Just move on to another casino.

Hi Nifty.

I see your point of view. And yes, there are other casinos. And yes, they can choose if they want you as a customer or not. The main issue here is that this is an accredited casino. As a standard I follow CM list of those, just to be sure not beeing rude or unfair treated.
I have praised this group in many of my post here. So, I am surprised of this behaviour. Looks like panic action in view of short terms.

Kind regards

you nailed it brother. I've noticed the same thing. 300 spins without a feature is unacceptable. Especially when the jackpot levels are around $1,500 or below. Just tonight I wagered roughly 4k on Mister Money at CWC. Hit one feature over 400 spins. Had some nice wins and was up after the feature hit around 325 spins! Figured I'd hit another quickly, no dice!

FYI the jackpot level has absolutely NO effect on whether the game is paying well or how often free spins come along. You really need to educate yourself about how slots work - it will save you a lot of stress.

I also hope you aren't serious about accredited casinos deliberately lowering their RTP based on waiting too long for free spins.
