What is going on with Be The Dealer Casino?

Hello!

I have played at BTD casino and I have requested a withdrawal.
I read the terms and conditions and they wrote that for five days I can request a cancellation, which means the for 5 days the money is still reversible, and if you do not want to reverse them back after 2 days the process your request.
Today is the seventh day and the money is still REVERSIBLE!!
I sent them an e-mail (because their live chat is down for 3 days now!) and they respond me as you see below :

Hm....yes....but I get suspicious!

Their live chat is down now for 4 whole DAYS!

Moreover I have sent them one more mail and they still did not respond...

Any other person that has the same problem in this period of time?
 
Their live chat accused me of being a bonus abuser when I asked about how much I had wagered, so you can have my opinion that their live help is quite worthless. Anyways, come to think of it, they haven't replied to my email about a promo I was offered. I am sure it will work out ok soon though.
