Hi there,
First of all, I’d like to inform you that I’m a Frenchie from Quebec, Canada. So I do apologies if my English isn’t perfect. Thanks for your understanding about that.
Well, I don’t play often but when I play, I’m a ‘’High Roller’’ so after being successfully verified by the KYC, I’ve deposited 2000$ using INSTADEBiT March 30th.
8 days laters, INSTADEBiT has suspended my account because they realized that it missed some funds for the Bet99 transaction.
By locking my Instadebit account, my BET99 account too has been frozen automatically as the payment provider is a 3rd party.
Why I ran out of money for my Bet99 purchase? Videoslots.com closed my account and confiscated my $3000 right after my deposit, because they find suspicious a high deposit like that. Yet, I was verified… ( see thread here : Problem with Videoslots - Casinomeister Forum )
Then, in order to prevent fraud, I have contacted the Risk Department of my bank and they’ve disputed the Videoslots transaction as I didn’t received the goods that I’ve purchased.
For my security, my bank had asked me to transfer my money in case that Videoslots.com attempt to debit again.
The issue is that ONE of my 3 INSTADEBiT deposit at Bet99 has failed due to the Videoslots situation.
I’ve contacted Live Chat Support and E-Mail support. They’ve asked me screenshots of my communications with INSTADEBiT. I sent it. They said me that the Team will look at my case soon.
But no answer for the moment.
****Important : please note that Bet99 has been fully reimbursed. They’ve adjusted my account balance.****
Last thing. Please note that I had a 9000$+ balance and 5900$ withdrawals pending due to huge winnings with Money Train, Jurassic Park Lock it Link, Wolf Golf slots and sports bet. It’s the first time that I win, and coincidence… I have some account issues.
I’m afraid to not receive my money, so it is the reason why I started a complaint here.
